【摘要】：培養(yǎng)大批創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才是國家實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,也是高校深化教育教學(xué)改革的必然要求。創(chuàng)新力作為創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的核心競爭力,已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的重中之重。根據(jù)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)從創(chuàng)新意識(shí)激發(fā),到創(chuàng)新思維啟迪,再到創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)和創(chuàng)新能力強(qiáng)化的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,構(gòu)建符合大學(xué)生成才成長曲線的漸進(jìn)式創(chuàng)新力培養(yǎng)體系,并為高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)提供理論基礎(chǔ)和模式借鑒。
[Abstract]:Cultivating a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is a strategic plan for the country to carry out innovation-driven development, and is also an inevitable requirement for deepening the educational and teaching reform in colleges and universities. Innovation, as the core competence of innovative entrepreneurial talents, has become the most important part of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. According to the inherent law of innovation activity, from the stimulation of innovation consciousness to the inspiration of innovation thinking, to the cultivation of innovation spirit and the strengthening of innovation ability, the gradual innovation ability training system, which accords with the growth curve of college students, is constructed. It also provides theoretical basis and model for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities.
