【摘要】：近年來,隨著信息化迅猛發(fā)展,新媒體已滲透到社會各個角落,高等教育作為社會進步的堅強后盾,高級人才培養(yǎng)的搖籃,受新媒體發(fā)展影響自不言說。因此,新媒體背景下創(chuàng)新就成為高等教育的重要突破口,成為全社會極為關注的熱點問題。本文對目前高校教師在創(chuàng)新能力提高方面存在的問題進行分析,尋找出高校教師創(chuàng)新能力提升的路徑,為高校教師創(chuàng)新教育提供理論支撐。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, new media have penetrated into every corner of society. Higher education, as a strong backing of social progress, is the cradle of the cultivation of senior talents, which is influenced by the development of new media. Therefore, under the background of new media, innovation has become an important breakthrough in higher education and a hot issue that the whole society pays close attention to. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the improvement of college teachers' innovation ability, and finds out the path of improving the university teachers' innovation ability, which provides theoretical support for the university teachers' innovative education.
