高校公文流轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:The general office automation system can not meet the needs of the official document circulation in colleges and universities. This paper attempts to build a system with the characteristics of office application in colleges and universities, combining the application needs of colleges and universities in the daily office. In order to improve the efficiency of daily work in colleges and universities. Under the guidance of software engineering, the purpose of this study is to construct an office automation system in colleges and universities by adopting unified software development method and using workflow technology and PKI technology. The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) in view of the problems existing in most colleges and universities in the aspect of document approval at present, such as inflexible flow definition and inefficient flow approval, workflow platform technology is introduced. It can improve the efficiency of examination and approval by making use of the custom function of document flow process. The workflow engine is designed to realize the function modules of business registration, process model definition, process monitoring, general function, etc. This paper provides a basic platform for the circulation of university documents. 2) aiming at the application demand in the business process of university official document circulation, the paper designs and realizes the main functions of the official document circulation system based on the constructed official document circulation platform. The starting flow function is used to select the corresponding flow process to start the approval process after completing the drafting of the official document, and the flow path definition function designs and defines the workflow in a graphical way, and saves the workflow template by using XML document. The function of document review is used to deal with the annotation of official document examiner, and the function of document management is used to manage the whole flow of official document. 3) aiming at the requirement of data security in the process of document circulation in colleges and universities, PKI technology is introduced. The CA authentication center in school is constructed, which combines workflow technology with authentication technology, which effectively improves the security confidentiality in the process of document processing and strictly controls the informed range of official document content. In the aspect of design and implementation, the functions of application, revocation and query of data certificate are discussed in detail, and the implementation of SSL secure communication and the security of document circulation system after adopting PKI technology are analyzed in detail. At present, the system has entered the stage of trial operation. The practice shows that the system can accelerate the efficiency of document processing and improve the competitiveness of colleges and universities, so it has good application value. At the same time, the introduction of CA authentication technology in the process of document circulation can effectively improve the security and confidentiality of official documents and meet the special requirements of colleges and universities.
