【摘要】：后大眾化時(shí)代的中國(guó)高等教育客觀上要求探索和建立中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義大學(xué)治理模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)的善治。圍繞構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義大學(xué)治理模式,基于多年的實(shí)踐探索,對(duì)這一課題提供了有益的借鑒性模式。該治理模式包含三個(gè)有機(jī)的組成部分:一是模式所遵循的思想觀念基礎(chǔ),即中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的大學(xué)之道及其文化思想觀念系統(tǒng);二是模式所包含的三個(gè)具體操作維度,即旨在削弱大學(xué)過(guò)度行政化的大部制度、解放教師學(xué)術(shù)活力的專業(yè)核心課程制度和激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)術(shù)潛力的"十個(gè)一"教育養(yǎng)成制度;三是模式所彰顯的中國(guó)大學(xué)未來(lái)發(fā)展的理想視域,即通過(guò)科學(xué)治理,大學(xué)的行政化和學(xué)術(shù)化兩種矛盾終將獲得和解,中國(guó)大學(xué)將會(huì)著眼于開(kāi)放與共享的價(jià)值理念,致力于本土化和國(guó)際化之一體兩翼之發(fā)展,成為它所屬地區(qū)人們的精神家園,成為國(guó)際化大學(xué)社區(qū)中的重要成員。
[Abstract]:In the post-popularized era, Chinese higher education objectively requires exploring and establishing the governance mode of socialist universities with Chinese characteristics and realizing the good governance of universities. On the basis of many years of practice and exploration, this paper provides a useful model for the construction of the governance model of socialist universities with Chinese characteristics. The governance model consists of three organic components: one is the ideological and conceptual basis of the model, that is, the way of socialism with Chinese characteristics and its cultural and ideological system, the other is the three specific operational dimensions included in the model. In other words, it aims to weaken the majority of the system of excessive administration in universities, liberate teachers' academic vitality of the professional core curriculum system and stimulate students' academic potential of the "Ten one" education system; The third is the ideal vision of the future development of Chinese universities, that is, through scientific governance, the two contradictions of university administration and academicalization will eventually be reconciled, and Chinese universities will focus on the value concept of openness and sharing. Committed to the development of localization and internationalization, become the spiritual home of the people in its own region, become an important member of the international university community.
