【摘要】：建設(shè)世界一流學(xué)科、世界一流大學(xué)是提升我國(guó)高等教育綜合實(shí)力和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重大戰(zhàn)略舉措。綜合考量學(xué)科本體論和價(jià)值工具論的辯證關(guān)系,探究"世界一流"的內(nèi)涵特質(zhì)及全球評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和近年來高水平大學(xué)建設(shè)的利害得失,文章提出集中資源重鑄"學(xué)科本體",以攻克世界頂尖難題帶動(dòng)一流學(xué)科、一流大學(xué)的"雙一流"建設(shè)路徑。
[Abstract]:It is an important strategic measure to improve the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of higher education in China to build world-class disciplines and universities. Synthetically considering the dialectical relationship between subject ontology and value tool theory, exploring the connotation characteristics of "world-class" and the global evaluation standard, combining the economic development level of our country and the gain and loss of high-level university construction in recent years, In order to solve the world's top problems, this paper puts forward the construction path of "double first-class" construction in the world's top difficult problem and the first-class university's "double first-class" construction path by concentrating resources and reconstructing "subject Noumenon".
