三維視角下高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生的思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生在當(dāng)前大學(xué)校園中占有相當(dāng)比例,他們的成長(zhǎng)成才日益受到來(lái)自家庭、高校和社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。針對(duì)高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生來(lái)自生活學(xué)習(xí)方面的經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題,國(guó)家與學(xué)校都出臺(tái)了系列優(yōu)惠政策文件,建立起多元化的“獎(jiǎng)、助、貸、補(bǔ)”等資助體系,在一定程度上解決了他們的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,但對(duì)這一特殊群體的思想政治教育還存在諸多仍需進(jìn)一步完善的方面;诖,本論文以高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了量化考察與質(zhì)化分析,對(duì)其思想特點(diǎn)與行為特征等進(jìn)行闡析,并對(duì)其思想政治教育的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題從學(xué)生群體自身問(wèn)題、學(xué)校教育管理問(wèn)題、社會(huì)環(huán)境多方影響三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行了闡釋論證,并以前期研究成果為基礎(chǔ),提出了從“高校、家庭和社會(huì)”三個(gè)維度來(lái)共同增進(jìn)高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效路徑,旨在提升高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生思想政治教育的整體效果,切實(shí)地幫助他們?nèi)、健康的成長(zhǎng)成才。本論文分成四大部分。第一部分為緒論部分,共分四小節(jié):第一小節(jié)闡明本論文的研究背景與研究意義,并提出相關(guān)研究的問(wèn)題,即當(dāng)前高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生在自身心理行為、學(xué)校教育管理、社會(huì)環(huán)境影響等方面的思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀,存在著各自的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。為此,高校、家庭、社會(huì)對(duì)家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生思想政治教育重視程度以及合力發(fā)揮作用等方面需做深入探究;第二小節(jié)對(duì)當(dāng)前高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生思想政治教育研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行量化考察與質(zhì)化分析,系統(tǒng)梳理相關(guān)研究趨勢(shì)與進(jìn)展情況;第三小節(jié)介紹本論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容與研究方法,本論文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、量化質(zhì)化分析和歸納比較分析、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等方法;第四小節(jié)就本論文研究創(chuàng)新與研究不足進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)介,明晰未來(lái)相關(guān)研究的努力方向。第二部分為主要闡釋高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生相關(guān)概念,共分兩小節(jié):第一小節(jié)對(duì)家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生的內(nèi)涵界定與原因分析進(jìn)行了闡釋,即家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生是指家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)條件差,沒(méi)有能力承擔(dān)學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)用等;家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生的原因主要包括地域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡、弱勢(shì)家庭、收入差距擴(kuò)大等方面。第二小節(jié)對(duì)家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生的思想特點(diǎn)與行為特征進(jìn)行闡釋,即高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生的思想特點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)為思想道德意識(shí)差、自卑等;高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生的行為特征表現(xiàn)為交際能力差、表現(xiàn)力弱等。第三部分為高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生思想政治教育現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題,共分三個(gè)小節(jié):第一小節(jié)主要從學(xué)生群體自身視角闡析現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題,指出目前家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生的心理狀況不樂(lè)觀,與家庭教育缺失有著一定的關(guān)聯(lián);第二小節(jié)主要從學(xué)校教育管理視角闡析現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題,指出高校思想政治教育內(nèi)容缺乏針對(duì)性、教育手段單一、教育效果不明顯;第三小節(jié)主要從社會(huì)環(huán)境影響視角闡析現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題,指出社會(huì)輿論幫助弱以及社會(huì)救助幫扶體系不健全等。第四部分為高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生思想政治教育建議對(duì)策,共分三個(gè)小節(jié):我們認(rèn)為家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生思想政治教育不能僅依靠高校一己之力,需協(xié)調(diào)各方共同發(fā)力;诖,提出學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)三個(gè)維度協(xié)同努力,才能切實(shí)做好家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作。首先從學(xué)校視角出發(fā),應(yīng)該從資助育人理念、學(xué)生評(píng)定體系、學(xué)生資助體系、學(xué)生心理援助、品質(zhì)能力培養(yǎng)等角度出發(fā),多措并舉來(lái)加強(qiáng)家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生的思想政治教育;其次從家庭視角出發(fā),建議加強(qiáng)父母對(duì)孩子的正面教育與影響、父母要注重培養(yǎng)孩子獨(dú)立自信自強(qiáng)、加強(qiáng)高校與學(xué)生父母的互動(dòng)與合作三個(gè)方面,來(lái)發(fā)揮家庭教育的重要作用;第三從社會(huì)視角出發(fā),建議廣泛營(yíng)造良好的社會(huì)幫扶輿論氛圍、建立健全社會(huì)公益資助與幫扶體系、全面完善國(guó)家相關(guān)幫扶的政策制度三個(gè)方面,來(lái)發(fā)揮國(guó)家社會(huì)的重要作用。
[Abstract]:The students of college family economic difficulties occupy a considerable proportion in the current university campus. Their growth is becoming more and more widely concerned with the family, colleges and society. In view of the economic problems of college students with family economic difficulties from life and study, the state and school have set up a series of preferential policy documents and set up a diversified economy. The financial system such as "prize, help, loan and supplement" has solved their realistic predicament to a certain extent, but there are still many aspects of the ideological and political education of this special group. Based on this, this paper makes a quantitative investigation and qualitative analysis of the current research status of the college family economic difficulties. This paper expounds its ideological and behavioral characteristics, and expounds the existing problems of the ideological and political education from the three dimensions of the students' own problems, the problem of school education management and the social environment, which are based on the previous research results, and put forward the three dimensions of "University, family and society". To enhance the effective path of Ideological and political education for students with financial difficulties in Colleges and universities, the purpose of this thesis is to improve the overall effect of Ideological and political education for students with financial difficulties in Colleges and universities, and to help them to be comprehensive and healthy. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction part, which is divided into four sections: the first section clarifies this thesis The research background and significance, and put forward the related research problems, that is, the current situation of Ideological and political education of college students with family economic difficulties in their own psychological behavior, school education management, social environment and other aspects of Ideological and political education is not optimistic, and there are their own practical problems. The importance of political education and the role of the joint force should be explored in depth. Second small sections make a quantitative investigation and qualitative analysis on the current situation of Ideological and political education for students with family economic difficulties in Colleges and universities, and systematically comb the relevant research trends and progress; third sections introduce the research content and research methods of this paper, The paper mainly adopts the literature research method, quantifies qualitative analysis and comparison analysis, questionnaire survey method, interview method and so on. Fourth sections introduce the research innovation and research deficiency of this paper, clarify the direction of future related research. The second part is mainly to explain the related concepts of College Students' family economic difficulties, which are divided into two sections: The first section explains the definition and reason analysis of the family economic difficulties students, that is, the family economic difficulties students refer to the poor family economic conditions, the lack of ability to bear the tuition and the accommodation costs. The reasons for the students with family economic difficulties mainly include the imbalance of regional economic development, the disadvantaged families and the expansion of the income gap. The two sections explain the ideological characteristics and behavior characteristics of the students with family economic difficulties, that is, the ideological characteristics of the students of college family economic difficulties are poor ideological and moral consciousness and inferiority, and so on. The behavior characteristics of the college family economic difficulties students are poor communicative ability and weak expressiveness. The third part is the college family economic hardship students. The existing problems of Ideological and political education are divided into three sections: the first section mainly analyzes the existing problems from the perspective of the students' group itself, points out that the psychological situation of the students in the family economic difficulties is not optimistic and has a certain connection with the lack of family education. The second sections mainly analyze the existing problems from the perspective of the school education management and point out the university thought. The content of political education is lack of pertinence, the means of education is single, and the effect of education is not obvious. The third sections mainly analyze the existing problems from the perspective of social environment influence, and point out that the help of social public opinion is weak and the social assistance and help system is not perfect. The fourth part is a proposal for the ideological and political education of the college students with economic difficulties, which is divided into three We think that the ideological and political education of the students with family economic difficulties should not rely solely on the strength of their own colleges and universities, and we should coordinate the joint efforts of all parties. Based on this, the three dimensions of school, family and society are put forward in order to do a good job of ideological and political education for students with family economic difficulties. The idea of helping people, student evaluation system, student support system, students' psychological assistance, quality and ability training, and so on, to strengthen the ideological and political education of students with family economic difficulties. Secondly, from the perspective of family, it is suggested to strengthen the positive education and influence of parents to the children, and parents should pay more attention to cultivating their independent self-confidence and self-reliance. To strengthen the interaction and cooperation between college and students' parents in three aspects, to play an important role in family education; third from the perspective of the society, it is suggested that a sound atmosphere of public opinion, establish and perfect the social public welfare support and help system, and complete the three aspects of the national policy system, to give full play to the state society.
