【摘要】：社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的完善,需要加快法治經(jīng)濟(jì)和法治社會(huì)建設(shè),把經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展納入法治化軌道,是當(dāng)前我國(guó)要做的重要事情。我國(guó)已經(jīng)逐漸的邁向法治國(guó)家,但是,社會(huì)中還存在著一些違法的現(xiàn)象,特別是近年來(lái)高校中出現(xiàn)的犯罪案件較多,高校大學(xué)生犯罪社會(huì)關(guān)注度較高,如何加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)顯得極其重要。大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育也是素質(zhì)教育的重要組成部分,大學(xué)生在法治社會(huì)建設(shè)中起著重要的作用,加強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育中大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)將對(duì)社會(huì)法治建設(shè)的發(fā)展起到重要的推動(dòng)作用。筆者具體闡述了高校思想政治教育中大學(xué)生的法律素質(zhì)主要包括四個(gè)要素,他們分別是大學(xué)生法律意識(shí)、法律知識(shí)、法律適用能力和在這個(gè)過(guò)程中對(duì)法律所形成的法律信仰,在對(duì)大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)相關(guān)要素進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上找到大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)欠佳的原因并對(duì)原因進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,進(jìn)而針對(duì)大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)的四個(gè)要素提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,并在此基礎(chǔ)上期望能夠?qū)Ω咝Ｋ枷胝谓逃写髮W(xué)生法律素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)提供有益幫助。
[Abstract]:In order to perfect the socialist market economic system, it is necessary to speed up the construction of the rule of law economy and society, and to bring the economic and social development into the rule of law track, which is an important task to be done in our country at present. China has gradually moved towards a country ruled by law, but there are still some illegal phenomena in the society, especially in recent years, there are more criminal cases in colleges and universities, and college students pay more attention to crime. How to strengthen the cultivation of college students' legal quality is extremely important. Legal quality education for college students is also an important part of quality education, and college students play an important role in the construction of a society ruled by law. Strengthening the cultivation of college students' legal quality in ideological and political education will play an important role in promoting the development of social legal construction. The author concretely expounds that the legal quality of college students in ideological and political education mainly includes four elements, they are the legal consciousness, legal knowledge, law application ability and the legal belief formed in the process. On the basis of a questionnaire survey on the relevant elements of college students' legal quality, the author finds out the reasons for the poor legal quality of college students and makes a systematic analysis of the reasons, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the four elements of college students' legal quality. On the basis of this, it is expected to provide beneficial help for the cultivation of the legal quality of college students in ideological and political education.
