【摘要】：選聘高校畢業(yè)生到村(社區(qū))任職是黨中央做出的一項(xiàng)具有長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)意義的重大戰(zhàn)略決策,大學(xué)生村官對(duì)于激發(fā)農(nóng)村基層組織活力,調(diào)整優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)農(nóng)民持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增收等方面,發(fā)揮了重要的積極作用。同時(shí),隨著大學(xué)生“村官”隊(duì)伍規(guī)模的迅速擴(kuò)大,許多問(wèn)題也隨之出現(xiàn),尤其表現(xiàn)在大學(xué)生村官思想認(rèn)識(shí)的偏差,因此,對(duì)大學(xué)生村官開(kāi)展思想政治教育是解決這一問(wèn)題的必然選擇。論文的正文通過(guò)五個(gè)部分來(lái)闡述延安市大學(xué)生村官思想政治教育的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策這一論題。論述加強(qiáng)延安市大學(xué)生“村官”思想政治教育的必要性。主要從四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述:延安市大學(xué)生“村官”全面發(fā)展、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)基層組織建設(shè)和助推新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的需要。通過(guò)調(diào)查研究總結(jié)歸納出延安市大學(xué)生“村官”思想政治教育存在的問(wèn)題。主要體現(xiàn)在延安市大學(xué)生村官突出思想和心理問(wèn)題、思想政治教育的內(nèi)容、方法和手段不完善,思想政治教育缺乏連貫性的問(wèn)題等。延安市大學(xué)生村官思想政治教育存在問(wèn)題的原因。通過(guò)文件資料的查找,與村官面對(duì)面的交流,分析概括出三個(gè)方面的原因:一是組織部門(mén)重視程度不夠;二是高校缺乏必要的教育引導(dǎo);三是負(fù)面社會(huì)環(huán)境的影響。延安市大學(xué)生“村官”思想政治教育對(duì)策探析。該部分是本論文的重點(diǎn),是論文的意義所在。針對(duì)問(wèn)題,從四個(gè)方面提出改進(jìn)延安市大學(xué)生村官思想政治教育的對(duì)策,主要從轉(zhuǎn)變大學(xué)生村官自身觀(guān)念,加強(qiáng)自我教育、創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生村官思想政治教育的方法途徑和內(nèi)容、完善大學(xué)生村官思想政治教育的保障措施和營(yíng)造大學(xué)生村官成長(zhǎng)成才的環(huán)境進(jìn)行闡述。
[Abstract]:The selection of college graduates to the village (community) is a major strategic decision made by the Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee. The college student village officials have played an important role in stimulating the vitality of the rural grass-roots organizations, adjusting the structure of the agricultural industry, and promoting the continuous and stable increase of the farmers' income. The rapid expansion of the scale and the emergence of many problems, especially in the ideological and cognitive deviations of the college students' village officials. Therefore, the ideological and political education of the college students is an inevitable choice to solve this problem. The text of this paper expounds the problems and Countermeasures of the ideological and Political Education of the village officials in Yanan by five parts. The thesis discusses the necessity of strengthening the ideological and political education of "village officials" of college students in Yanan, mainly from four aspects: the overall development of the "village officials" in Yanan, the construction of the team, the strengthening of the construction of grass-roots organizations and the need of promoting the construction of the new countryside. Through the investigation and research, the thought of "village officials" of the university students in Yanan is summed up. The problems existing in political education are mainly reflected in the ideological and psychological problems of the village officials in Yanan, the content of the ideological and political education, the imperfect methods and means, the lack of coherence in the ideological and political education, and so on. The reasons for the problems in the ideological and political education of the village officials in Yanan city. On the other side of the exchange, the analysis summarizes three reasons: first, the importance of the organization department is not enough; the two is the lack of necessary education guidance in Colleges and universities; three is the influence of the negative social environment. The Countermeasures of the ideological and political education of the "village officials" of Yanan university students. This part is the focus of this paper and the significance of the paper. The four aspects put forward the countermeasures to improve the ideological and political education of the village officials in Yanan, mainly from the transformation of their own ideas, the strengthening of self-education, the innovation of the methods and contents of the ideological and political education of the college students, the improvement of the protection measures for the ideological and political education of the college students and the construction of the growth of the college students.
