【摘要】：新加坡高等教育樞紐包括學(xué)生樞紐、高技能人才樞紐和知識創(chuàng)新樞紐三個層次。新加坡通過制定外來人才與創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)政策、全球校園計劃、生物醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)計劃、卓越研究與科技企業(yè)校園計劃以及與著名大學(xué)合作組建大學(xué)聯(lián)盟等舉措推動高等教育樞紐建設(shè)。與此同時,新加坡在建設(shè)亞洲高等教育樞紐進程中,面臨著國際學(xué)生招生數(shù)量不斷萎縮、國內(nèi)民眾的反移民情緒不斷高漲以及如何處理國家高度干預(yù)與學(xué)術(shù)自由、基礎(chǔ)研究與科研成果商業(yè)化的關(guān)系等諸多挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Singapore higher education hub consists of three levels: student hub, high-skilled talents hub and knowledge innovation hub. Singapore promotes the hub of higher education through the formulation of policies on foreign talent and innovation entrepreneurship, the Global Campus Plan, the Biomedical Science Project, the Campus Program for Excellence Research and Technology Enterprises and the formation of university alliances with leading universities. At the same time, in the process of building a hub of higher education in Asia, Singapore is facing a shrinking number of international student enrollment, rising anti-immigrant sentiment among its people and how to deal with the state's high degree of interference and academic freedom. The relationship between basic research and commercialization of scientific research results, and many other challenges.
