【摘要】：基于跨學(xué)科研究是科研生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的重要情境,探討了國家層面的支持、跨學(xué)科研究管理體制、運行機制、評價機制、跨學(xué)科組織及其與產(chǎn)業(yè)界的聯(lián)系對提升研究型大學(xué)跨學(xué)科科研生產(chǎn)力的影響及作用機制,通過203份問卷樣本的回歸分析,對研究假設(shè)進行檢驗。結(jié)果表明,國家層面的支持未顯著影響研究型大學(xué)跨學(xué)科科研生產(chǎn)力的提升,健全的跨學(xué)科研究管理體制、運行機制、評價機制、合理的跨學(xué)科組織及其與產(chǎn)業(yè)界的聯(lián)系對研究型大學(xué)跨學(xué)科科研生產(chǎn)力提升有著顯著、非常顯著或極顯著的正向影響;跨學(xué)科研究評價機制對研究型大學(xué)跨學(xué)科科研生產(chǎn)力提升的影響作用最大,次之是跨學(xué)科研究管理體制、運行機制、跨學(xué)科組織與產(chǎn)業(yè)界的聯(lián)系,而跨學(xué)科組織對研究型大學(xué)跨學(xué)科科研生產(chǎn)力提升的影響作用最小。
[Abstract]:Based on the fact that interdisciplinary research is an important situation for the development of scientific research productivity, this paper discusses the support at the national level, the management system, the operational mechanism and the evaluation mechanism of interdisciplinary research. The influence and mechanism of interdisciplinary organization and its relationship with industry on improving the productivity of interdisciplinary scientific research in research universities were tested by the regression analysis of 203 questionnaires. The results show that the support at the national level has no significant effect on the improvement of the productivity of interdisciplinary research in research universities, and the sound management system, operational mechanism and evaluation mechanism of interdisciplinary research. Rational interdisciplinary organization and its relationship with industry have significant, very significant or extremely significant positive effects on the productivity of interdisciplinary scientific research in research universities. The evaluation mechanism of interdisciplinary research has the greatest influence on the promotion of productivity of interdisciplinary scientific research in research universities, followed by the management system of interdisciplinary research, the operational mechanism, the relationship between interdisciplinary organizations and industry, The effect of cross-disciplinary organization on the productivity of cross-disciplinary research in research universities is the least.
