【摘要】：我國(guó)是統(tǒng)一多民族國(guó)家,維護(hù)各民族的團(tuán)結(jié)和睦對(duì)國(guó)家穩(wěn)定發(fā)展和繁榮昌盛至關(guān)重要。內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)是我國(guó)少數(shù)民族聚居地區(qū)之一,加強(qiáng)對(duì)各民族人民群眾特別是青年的馬克思主義民族觀教育,對(duì)于各族人民樹(shù)立正確的民族觀念,加強(qiáng)各族人民團(tuán)結(jié)和睦,增強(qiáng)國(guó)家凝聚力具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和深遠(yuǎn)的歷史意義。高校是對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行民族觀教育的重要陣地,是幫助大學(xué)生樹(shù)立科學(xué)民族觀的主渠道,高校民族觀教育教學(xué)的主要途徑是對(duì)大學(xué)生開(kāi)展“民族理論與民族政策”課教學(xué)。加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)內(nèi)蒙古高校民族理論與民族政策課教育教學(xué),不僅有利于提升大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì),而且對(duì)增進(jìn)內(nèi)蒙古民族團(tuán)結(jié)、社會(huì)和諧、鞏固邊疆具有重大實(shí)踐意義。本研究在前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從教育教學(xué)的視角對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古高校民族觀教育教學(xué)實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究�？傮w而言,當(dāng)前內(nèi)蒙古高校民族觀教育教學(xué)實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀應(yīng)當(dāng)充分肯定,但是,存在的問(wèn)題不容忽視。如教材內(nèi)容相對(duì)陳舊;教師隊(duì)伍數(shù)量短缺,素質(zhì)有待提高;教學(xué)方法需要進(jìn)一步改進(jìn);部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不端正等等。分析其原因主要有:民族觀教育教學(xué)受到社會(huì)錯(cuò)誤思想的影響;有的學(xué)校及相關(guān)部門(mén)重視程度不夠;有的教師教書(shū)育人的敬業(yè)信念不夠堅(jiān)定;學(xué)生對(duì)課程重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠等。本研究在調(diào)查研究和數(shù)據(jù)分析基礎(chǔ)上,試圖從落實(shí)教育教學(xué)政策,提高民族觀教育教學(xué)重視程度;提高教材建設(shè)質(zhì)量,充實(shí)教學(xué)內(nèi)容;提升教師隊(duì)伍素質(zhì),提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量;運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代科學(xué)信息技術(shù),提高教學(xué)效果;激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,提高學(xué)習(xí)效率等方面的措施,有針對(duì)性地提出了增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生民族觀教育教學(xué)實(shí)效性的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:China is a multi-national country, maintaining the unity and harmony of all nationalities is vital to the country's stability, development and prosperity. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous region is one of the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities in our country. To strengthen the education of the people of all nationalities, especially young people, in Marxist national outlook, we should set up a correct national concept for the people of all ethnic groups, and strengthen the unity and harmony of the people of all ethnic groups. Strengthening national cohesion has important practical significance and profound historical significance. Colleges and universities are the important position for college students to carry on the education of national view and the main channel to help them to set up the scientific national view. The main way of teaching college students is to carry out the teaching of "national theory and national policy" to college students. To strengthen and improve the education and teaching of ethnic theory and national policy in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities is not only conducive to improving the ideological and political quality of college students, but also of great practical significance to the enhancement of national unity, social harmony and the consolidation of frontier areas in Inner Mongolia. Based on the previous research results, this paper investigates the present situation of the implementation of ethnic outlook education in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities from the perspective of education and teaching. Generally speaking, the present situation of the implementation of ethnic outlook education in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities should be fully affirmed, but the existing problems should not be ignored. For example, the teaching materials are relatively old; the number of teachers is short, the quality needs to be improved; the teaching methods need to be further improved; some students' learning attitude is not correct and so on. The main reasons are as follows: the education and teaching of national view is influenced by the wrong thoughts of the society; some schools and related departments pay less attention to it; some teachers are not firm enough in their faith in teaching and educating people; the students' understanding of the importance of curriculum is not enough, and so on. On the basis of investigation and data analysis, this study attempts to improve the quality of teaching material construction, enrich teaching content, improve the quality of teachers and improve teaching quality by carrying out educational and teaching policies to improve the importance of education and teaching of national outlook. By using modern scientific information technology to improve the teaching effect, to stimulate students' interest in learning and to improve their learning efficiency, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of the teaching of college students' national outlook education.
