高考不分文理試點(diǎn)下的職前教師培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:本研究以高考不分文理制度為政策背景,以促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)發(fā)展的必然要求、落實(shí)招生制度改革試點(diǎn)的政策需要和深化教師培養(yǎng)模式改革的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求三方面,作為研究課題開展的依據(jù)。研究中闡述了我國師范院校考試招生制度改革的主要?dú)v程,結(jié)合其對師范專業(yè)辦學(xué)產(chǎn)生的影響對高考制度中招生條件、考試科目、錄取辦法做了簡單的梳理,對高考改革的新政策進(jìn)行了簡單的解讀。主要介紹美國、英國、法國、日本等發(fā)達(dá)國家和亞洲發(fā)展中國家印度,國內(nèi)具有代表性的幾所師范大學(xué),以及高考不分文理試點(diǎn)省市(上海市、浙江省)四所師范院校職前教師培養(yǎng)模式改革,并作簡要述評;谖墨I(xiàn)綜述,針對高考不分文理與教師專業(yè)人才選拔、教師專業(yè)培養(yǎng)與綜合素質(zhì)發(fā)展等之間的關(guān)系,本研究旨在不違背高等教育的分科教育原則的前提下,在專業(yè)化的教師教育人才培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐中,以中學(xué)語文教師職前培養(yǎng)為例,在分析語文教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)構(gòu)成的基礎(chǔ)上,提出“綜合培養(yǎng),有所側(cè)重”的職前教師培養(yǎng)模式改革理念,參照國內(nèi)已有師范院校培養(yǎng)模式改革案例,結(jié)合各類學(xué)校實(shí)際提供可行化的制度設(shè)計(jì),嘗試提出可供選擇的四種教師培養(yǎng)模式改革方案,以及所需的相關(guān)政策支持,為教師職前培養(yǎng)模式改革提供實(shí)踐參考,以期促進(jìn)教師教育機(jī)構(gòu)鑒定、師范專業(yè)認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、教師教育課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及教師資格證書考試、招聘考試等教師教育相關(guān)質(zhì)量體系和制度建設(shè)。為了確保職前教師培養(yǎng)模式得到有效的實(shí)踐,提升教師教育質(zhì)量,提高中學(xué)教師綜合素質(zhì),筆者針對新形勢下不同層次和發(fā)展定位的師范院校,嘗試提出提高師范生源質(zhì)量、深化培養(yǎng)模式改革,優(yōu)化課程計(jì)劃實(shí)施,加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),增加教育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入,實(shí)行校地共建聯(lián)盟六個(gè)方面的建議和思考。通過本研究,筆者希冀能豐富教師教育理論,提升教師教育質(zhì)量觀,落實(shí)職前教師培養(yǎng)改革,促進(jìn)教師綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)。研究的最終目的在于,為地方教育部門推進(jìn)高校招生制度改革提供決策咨詢,為高等院校改進(jìn)教師專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式提供實(shí)踐參考,促進(jìn)教師教育機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)鑒定和師范專業(yè)認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評價(jià)。
[Abstract]:This study takes the college entrance examination system as the policy background, in order to promote the development of teachers' professional quality, carry out the policy needs of the pilot reform of enrollment system and deepen the practical requirements of the reform of the teacher training model, three aspects of the policy background, in order to promote the development of teachers' professional quality, are three aspects. As the basis of the research project. This paper expounds the main course of the reform of the examination enrollment system in normal colleges and universities in our country, and combines its influence on the college entrance examination system to make a simple combing of the enrollment conditions, the examination subjects, and the admission methods. This paper makes a simple interpretation of the new policy of college entrance examination reform. It mainly introduces the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Japan and other developed countries and the developing countries of Asia, India, several representative normal universities in China, as well as the pilot provinces and cities without distinction between arts and sciences in the college entrance examination (Shanghai). Referring to the cases of training mode reform in normal colleges and universities in China, and combining with the practical system design of various schools, this paper tries to put forward four kinds of teacher training mode reform schemes which can be chosen, and the relevant policy support needed. To provide practical reference for the reform of teacher pre-service training mode, in order to promote teacher education institution appraisal, teacher education professional certification standard, teacher education curriculum standard and teacher qualification certificate examination. Recruitment examination and other teacher education related quality system and system construction. In order to ensure the effective practice of pre-service teacher training mode, improve the quality of teacher education and improve the comprehensive quality of middle school teachers, the author tries to improve the quality of normal students in different levels and development orientation of normal colleges under the new situation. To deepen the reform of training mode, to optimize the implementation of curriculum plan, to strengthen the construction of teachers, to increase the input of educational funds, and to carry out the suggestions and thoughts on six aspects of the alliance of co-construction of schools and land. Through this study, the author hopes to enrich the theory of teacher education, improve the concept of teacher education quality, carry out the reform of pre-service teacher training, and promote the comprehensive quality training of teachers. The ultimate purpose of the study is to provide decision-making advice for local education departments to promote the reform of college enrollment system, and to provide practical reference for colleges and universities to improve the training mode of teachers' professional talents. To promote the qualification appraisal of teacher education institutions and the evaluation of teacher-training professional certification standards.
