【摘要】：高等教育的治理能力主要指制度理解、執(zhí)行、組合、創(chuàng)新和組織體系運(yùn)作的能力,治理能力的現(xiàn)代化要求大學(xué)治理的思維和行動(dòng)有別于傳統(tǒng)的管制和控制方式。然而,由于長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)對(duì)治理理解存在誤區(qū),我們并沒(méi)有搞清楚高等教育治理能力及其現(xiàn)代化的指向是什么。高等教育治理能力的現(xiàn)代化不是技術(shù)與物質(zhì)層面的發(fā)達(dá),而是意味著要從社會(huì)制度、大學(xué)歷史和高等教育本質(zhì)的邏輯去理解其內(nèi)涵,重新梳理其構(gòu)成因素,最后才能針對(duì)當(dāng)下的困境制定有針對(duì)性的治理路徑。高等教育的治理能力最終需要達(dá)到的效果是善治,使大學(xué)與社會(huì)、政府的發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同,共同參與到提高高等教育質(zhì)量的活動(dòng)中來(lái)。
[Abstract]:The governance ability of higher education mainly refers to the ability of system understanding, execution, combination, innovation and organization system operation. The modernization of governance ability requires that the thinking and action of university governance is different from the traditional control and control mode. However, due to the misunderstanding of governance for a long time, we do not understand the governance ability of higher education and the direction of its modernization. The modernization of higher education governance ability is not the development of technology and material level, but means to understand its connotation from the logic of social system, university history and the essence of higher education, and rearrange its constituent factors. Finally, we can make a targeted governance path in view of the current plight. The final effect of the governance ability of higher education is good governance, which makes the development of university, society and government coordinate and participate in the activities of improving the quality of higher education.
