【摘要】：我國高校內(nèi)部治理現(xiàn)代化改革為高校學生組織的治理研究開辟了新的理論與實踐研究視野。文章探討了高校學生組織治理中管理熵的組成,建立了針對學生組織治理的管理熵集成評價體系,根據(jù)熵值法得出高校學生組織治理績效中各評價指標的熵值計算方法,基于Brusselator模型提出學生組織治理耗散結構的判斷依據(jù)并進行實證分析,從而提出高校學生組織治理的實現(xiàn)路徑,為測度高校學生組織的治理績效給出研究的新方法。
[Abstract]:The modernization reform of internal governance of colleges and universities in China has opened up a new theoretical and practical research field for the study of the governance of college students' organizations. This paper probes into the composition of management entropy in the management of college students' organizational governance, establishes an integrated evaluation system of management entropy for students' organizational governance, and according to the method of entropy, obtains the method of calculating the entropy value of each evaluation index in the performance of college students' organizational governance. Based on Brusselator model, this paper puts forward the judgment basis of dissipative structure of student organization governance and carries on the empirical analysis, thus puts forward the realization path of university student organization governance, and gives a new research method for measuring the performance of university student organization governance.
