【摘要】：做好高校宣傳思想工作,事關高校意識形態(tài)安全,事關高校辦學方向,具有十分重大而深遠的意義。研究“兩微一端”(微博、微信、移動客戶端)背景下的高校宣傳思想工作,目的在于探索新媒體背景下高校宣傳思想工作的新規(guī)律、新特點,豐富發(fā)展宣傳思想工作理論體系,為做好新形勢下高校宣傳思想工作提供有益借鑒。課題研究主要運用了文獻研究法、系統(tǒng)分析法以及理論與實踐相結合的方法。隨著高校工作紛紛入駐“兩微一端”平臺,高校宣傳思想工作面臨著更加嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn),同時也迎來了新的發(fā)展機遇,客觀上構成宣傳思想工作創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的實踐依據(jù)和動力,“兩微一端”與高校宣傳思想工作呈現(xiàn)出事實導向下的“實然”狀態(tài)和價值導向下的“應然”趨向的辯證統(tǒng)一關系。雖然,“兩微一端”背景下,高校宣傳思想工作面臨著輿論引導難度加大、意識形態(tài)安全受到?jīng)_擊、校園媒體急需深度融合發(fā)展等嚴峻挑戰(zhàn),但是,宣傳思想工作的思維理念、載體途徑、方法手段以及效果等方面迎來了新的良好機遇。應對這一嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)和重要機遇,需要明確“兩微一端”背景下高校宣傳思想工作創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的價值取向和指導原則,進一步強化落實大宣傳理念建構大宣傳格局、推動校園媒體建設助推工作手段創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、優(yōu)化和創(chuàng)新宣傳思想工作話語體系、建設“兩微一端”專業(yè)化宣傳思想工作隊伍、不斷完善宣傳思想工作長效機制,開啟高校宣傳思想工作新局面,不斷提升吸引力、凝聚力和認同感,順利完成立德樹人的根本任務。
[Abstract]:It is of great and far-reaching significance to do the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, which is related to the ideological safety of colleges and universities and the direction of running colleges and universities. The purpose of this paper is to explore the new rules and characteristics of the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities under the background of "two micro-end" (Weibo, WeChat, mobile client), the purpose of which is to explore the new rules and characteristics of the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities under the background of new media. Enrich and develop the theoretical system of propaganda and ideological work, and provide useful reference for the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities under the new situation. The research mainly uses the method of literature research, system analysis and the combination of theory and practice. As the work of colleges and universities has entered the platform of "two tiny ends" one after another, the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities is faced with more severe challenges, and at the same time, it ushered in new opportunities for development, which objectively constitutes the practical basis and motive force for the innovation and development of propaganda and ideological work. The relationship between "two tiny ends" and the propaganda and ideological work of colleges and universities shows the dialectical unity of the "reality" state under the guidance of facts and the "ought to be" trend under the guidance of value. Although, under the background of "two tiny ends", the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities is facing severe challenges, such as the increasing difficulty of public opinion guidance, the impact on ideological security, and the urgent need for the development of deep integration and development of the campus media, however, the thinking concept of propaganda and ideological work, Carrier approaches, methods and effects have ushered in new good opportunities. To meet this severe challenge and important opportunity, it is necessary to make clear the value orientation and guiding principles of the innovation and development of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities under the background of "two tiny ends", and further strengthen the implementation of the great propaganda concept and construct the great propaganda pattern. To promote the construction of campus media to promote the innovation and development of work methods, to optimize and innovate the discourse system of propaganda and ideological work, to build "two tiny ends" specialized propaganda and ideological work teams, and to continuously improve the long-term effective mechanism of propaganda and ideological work, To open up a new situation of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, to continuously enhance attraction, cohesion and identity, and to successfully complete the fundamental task of establishing morality and building people.
