【摘要】:師生倫理關(guān)系是教育過程中師生之間產(chǎn)生的相互關(guān)系的總和。在高校德育教學(xué)中,和諧的師生倫理關(guān)系是德育實(shí)效性的保障。當(dāng)前,多元文化的碰撞與交融已經(jīng)是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的趨勢,反映在高校德育活動(dòng)中,就是教師與學(xué)生人生觀、價(jià)值觀、世界觀的多樣性,這也造成了當(dāng)下的高校德育師生倫理關(guān)系的不和諧之音。所以,要使高校德育達(dá)到預(yù)期的目的和質(zhì)量,就要構(gòu)建相互尊重、平等、對話、民主、信任、合作的新時(shí)期高校德育師生倫理關(guān)系。本文以當(dāng)前我國高校德育師生倫理關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀分析,闡述高校德育師生倫理關(guān)系存在的問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出構(gòu)建的對策及建議。第一部分,前言。包括論文的選題背景及意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀綜述、研究內(nèi)容和研究方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn);第二部分,師生倫理關(guān)系的文化溯源和內(nèi)涵解讀及其構(gòu)建意義。主要是對師生倫理關(guān)系的歷史演進(jìn)和相關(guān)概念的界定,并根據(jù)我國師生倫理關(guān)系同西方師生倫理關(guān)系的對比,闡述師生倫理關(guān)系構(gòu)建的意義;第三部分,高校德育師生倫理關(guān)系問題的現(xiàn)實(shí)呈現(xiàn)。通過數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查,分析當(dāng)前我國高校德育師生倫理關(guān)系所存在的問題。第四部分,高校德育師生間倫理關(guān)系存在問題的原因分析。根據(jù)高校德育師生主體內(nèi)因和社會(huì)文化環(huán)境影響的外因,深入的剖析高校德育師生倫理關(guān)系出現(xiàn)問題的本質(zhì)原因。第五部分,高校德育師生倫理關(guān)系培育的內(nèi)容。通過對問題的剖析,總結(jié)出新時(shí)期高校德育師生倫理關(guān)系培育的內(nèi)容。第六部分,高校德育師生倫理關(guān)系建構(gòu)的路徑。根據(jù)前幾部分的分析與思考,結(jié)合我國新時(shí)期的實(shí)際情況,提出我國新時(shí)期高校德育師生倫理關(guān)系構(gòu)建的對策和路徑;
[Abstract]:The ethical relationship between teachers and students is the sum total of the mutual relations between teachers and students in the process of education. In the teaching of moral education in colleges and universities, the harmonious ethical relationship between teachers and students is the guarantee of the effectiveness of moral education. At present, the collision and blending of multiculturalism has become the trend of the development of modern society. Reflected in the moral education activities in colleges and universities, it is the diversity of teachers and students' outlook on life, values and world outlook. This also causes the disharmonious tone of the ethical relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities. Therefore, in order to achieve the expected goal and quality of moral education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to construct the ethical relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities in the new period of mutual respect, equality, dialogue, democracy, trust and cooperation. Based on the analysis of the present situation of ethical relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities in China, this paper expounds the problems existing in the ethical relationship of teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of this. The first part, preface. Including the background and significance of the thesis, the current situation of research at home and abroad, research content and research methods and innovation; the second part, the interpretation of the cultural origin and connotation of the relationship between teachers and students and the significance of its construction. It mainly defines the historical evolution and related concepts of the ethical relationship between teachers and students, and expounds the significance of the construction of the ethical relationship between teachers and students according to the comparison between the ethical relationship of teachers and students in our country and that of western teachers and students. The fifth part is the content of cultivating the ethical relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the problems, this paper sums up the contents of cultivating the ethical relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities in the new period. The sixth part, the way to construct the ethical relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities. According to the analysis and thinking of the previous parts, combined with the actual situation in the new period of our country, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and ways to construct the ethical relationship between teachers and students in the moral education of colleges and universities in the new period of our country.
