【摘要】：隨著我國高等教育進(jìn)入大眾化的發(fā)展階段,不斷增長的教育需求和教育資源短缺的矛盾逐漸加劇,全國各地興建大學(xué)城以緩解矛盾。在此背景下,貴州省花溪大學(xué)城于2009年開始建設(shè),截止目前,大學(xué)城一期工程已經(jīng)全部完成�；ㄏ髮W(xué)城的建設(shè)對于加快貴州省高等教育的發(fā)展具有重大的戰(zhàn)略性意義,不僅表現(xiàn)為擴(kuò)大高校的辦學(xué)規(guī)模,優(yōu)化辦學(xué)條件,更重要的是辦學(xué)模式的變革。通過大學(xué)城內(nèi)各高校資源共享實(shí)現(xiàn)貴州省高等教育內(nèi)涵式的發(fā)展,課程資源共享建設(shè)是促進(jìn)貴州省高等教育內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展的重大舉措。花溪大學(xué)城課程資源共享自2014年開始開展,至此已有3年的時間,目前花溪大學(xué)城課程資源共享的現(xiàn)狀怎樣,共享取得了怎樣的成績,共享的主要障礙和困境是什么,需要構(gòu)建怎樣的運(yùn)行機(jī)制才能保障課程資源共享的高效運(yùn)行,這些問題成為本研究的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)。本研究結(jié)合對花溪大學(xué)城的實(shí)證調(diào)查和理論分析來解答這些問題,希望對花溪大學(xué)城的建設(shè)提供借鑒。本研究大致分為七個板塊:第一部分是緒論,提出研究問題和研究意義、選定研究方法、界定相關(guān)概念以及對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)梳理;第二部分從聚集經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)原理探討花溪大學(xué)城課程資源共享的合理性機(jī)制,從無邊界高等教育理論視角探討其可行性機(jī)制;第三部分借鑒國內(nèi)外大學(xué)城課程資源共享的經(jīng)驗(yàn);第四部分實(shí)證調(diào)查花溪大學(xué)城課程資源共享的現(xiàn)狀;第五部分分析花溪大學(xué)城課程資源共享的管理缺陷及現(xiàn)實(shí)困境;第六部分探索實(shí)現(xiàn)花溪大學(xué)城課程資源深度共享的發(fā)展路徑;第七部分是結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the development of the popularization of higher education in our country, the contradiction between the increasing educational demand and the shortage of educational resources is becoming more and more serious. In order to alleviate the contradiction, universities are built all over the country. In this context, the construction of Huaxi University Town in Guizhou Province began in 2009. Up to now, the first phase of the university town project has been completed. The construction of Huaxi University Town is of great strategic significance for speeding up the development of higher education in Guizhou Province, not only for expanding the scale of running a university, optimizing the conditions for running a school, but also for reforming the mode of running a school. The construction of curriculum resource sharing is an important measure to promote the connotation development of higher education in Guizhou province. The curriculum resource sharing of Huaxi University Town has been carried out since 2014, and it has been three years since then. What is the current situation of curriculum resource sharing in Huaxi University City, what achievements have been achieved, what are the main obstacles and difficulties to the sharing? What kind of operating mechanism should be constructed to ensure the efficient operation of curriculum resource sharing has become the focus of this study. This study combines the empirical investigation and theoretical analysis of Huaxi University Town to answer these questions, hoping to provide reference for the construction of Huaxi University Town. This research is divided into seven parts: the first part is introduction, put forward research questions and research significance, select research methods, define relevant concepts and review the current situation of research at home and abroad; The second part discusses the rational mechanism of curriculum resource sharing in Huaxi University Town from the principle of agglomeration economics, discusses its feasibility mechanism from the perspective of borderless higher education theory, and draws lessons from the experience of curriculum resource sharing in university town at home and abroad. The fourth part of the empirical investigation of Huaxi University City curriculum resources sharing status, the fifth part of the Huaxi University City curriculum resources sharing management defects and practical difficulties; The sixth part explores the way to realize the deep sharing of curriculum resources in Huaxi University Town, and the seventh part is the conclusion.
