【摘要】：目的了解營養(yǎng)教育干預(yù)對新疆農(nóng)牧區(qū)生源維吾爾族大學(xué)新生營養(yǎng)知識、態(tài)度和行為方面的干預(yù)效果,為農(nóng)牧區(qū)生源維吾爾族大學(xué)生的營養(yǎng)健康教育提供理論支持。方法對整群選取的新疆農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)1 684名農(nóng)牧區(qū)生源維吾爾族大一新生隨機分為干預(yù)組和對照組,各842名。干預(yù)組進行為期8周的多種形式營養(yǎng)教育、咨詢和膳食指導(dǎo)干預(yù),對照組不做任何干預(yù)措施。在干預(yù)前后采用自行編制的營養(yǎng)KAP調(diào)查問卷進行效果評估。結(jié)果干預(yù)前干預(yù)組與對照組營養(yǎng)KAP總分差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=0.51,P0.05),干預(yù)后差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=21.53,P0.01)。對照組干預(yù)前后營養(yǎng)KAP總分除每月伙食支出500元以下差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義外(t=3.24,P0.01),其他方面得分干預(yù)前后差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.05);干預(yù)組干預(yù)前后營養(yǎng)KAP總分各方面差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.01)。干預(yù)前對照組與干預(yù)組不及格、一般、良好、優(yōu)秀等級分布相比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2值分別為0.18,0.03,0.06,0.02,P0.05),干預(yù)后差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2值分別為6.31,152.61,76.16,71.64,P值均0.05)。結(jié)論對新疆農(nóng)牧區(qū)生源維吾爾族大學(xué)新生開展多形式綜合性的營養(yǎng)知識、態(tài)度、行為教育取得較好效果,應(yīng)在高校加強應(yīng)用推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of nutritional education intervention on nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior of freshmen from Uygur universities in agricultural and pastoral areas, and to provide theoretical support for nutrition and health education of Uygur students in agricultural and pastoral areas. Methods 1684 freshmen of Uygur nationality from Xinjiang Agricultural University were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 842 each. The intervention group received 8 weeks of nutrition education, counseling and dietary guidance intervention, while the control group did not do any intervention. Before and after intervention, the effect of nutrition KAP questionnaire was evaluated. Results there was no significant difference in the total KAP score between the intervention group and the control group before intervention. The total score of nutritional KAP before and after intervention in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group, except for the monthly food expenditure of less than 500 yuan, but there was no significant difference in the scores of other aspects before and after intervention (P < 0.05), and the total score of nutritional KAP in the intervention group was not significant before and after intervention. There were statistically significant differences (P < 0.01). Before intervention, the control group and the intervention group failed, average, good, excellent grade distribution compared with no statistical significance (蠂 ~ 2 = 0.18 ~ 0.03 ~ 0.06 ~ 0.06 ~ 0.02 ~ (0.02) P 0.05), the difference after intervention were statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2) = 6.31152.61 ~ 76.1671.64P = 0.05). Conclusion the comprehensive nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior education of Uygur university freshmen in Xinjiang agricultural and pastoral areas have achieved good results, and should be applied and popularized in colleges and universities.
