【摘要】：中國(guó)特色法學(xué)學(xué)科體系的結(jié)構(gòu)與格局對(duì)于中國(guó)特色法學(xué)體系的形成與發(fā)展具有至關(guān)重要的影響。現(xiàn)行法學(xué)學(xué)科體系淵源于法學(xué)的"知識(shí)體系及相應(yīng)的課程體系",由于滯后于法治實(shí)踐和法學(xué)改革,已經(jīng)成為學(xué)科完善和發(fā)展的障礙。因應(yīng)中華民族偉大復(fù)興和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治偉大實(shí)踐的內(nèi)在訴求,應(yīng)著力構(gòu)建"目的與需求導(dǎo)向"的學(xué)科體系。這一體系應(yīng)當(dāng)包括傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科、新興學(xué)科、交叉學(xué)科。為此,應(yīng)大力推動(dòng)新興學(xué)科與交叉學(xué)科的發(fā)展,著力推動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科的轉(zhuǎn)型與升級(jí),積極推動(dòng)新興學(xué)科、交叉學(xué)科與傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科互相支撐,抓緊建設(shè)與中國(guó)特色法學(xué)學(xué)科體系相適應(yīng)的教材體系。
[Abstract]:The structure and pattern of the subject system with Chinese characteristics have a vital influence on the formation and development of the legal system with Chinese characteristics. The current legal discipline system originates from the "knowledge system and corresponding curriculum system" of law science. Because it lags behind the practice of rule of law and the reform of law, it has become an obstacle to the improvement and development of the subject. In response to the internal demands of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the great practice of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the disciplinary system of "aim and demand orientation" should be constructed. This system should include traditional disciplines, emerging disciplines, and interdisciplinary disciplines. Therefore, we should vigorously promote the development of new disciplines and interdisciplinary disciplines, promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional disciplines, and actively promote new disciplines, which support each other. We should pay close attention to the construction of a teaching material system suitable to the subject system of law with Chinese characteristics.
