【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展,聾人大學生就業(yè)問題引起人們廣泛關注。越來越多學者從不同角度出發(fā)研究這一就業(yè)難現(xiàn)象,這些研究多集中在如何從內部提升就業(yè)能力,加上政府和社會等外部力量的聯(lián)合作用從而提高聾人大學生的就業(yè)率水平,卻很少有人從微觀視角入手研究聾人大學生尋找工作這一行為所導致的不同結果。一般情況下,不同的搜尋努力程度對應著不同的求職結果,那么聾人大學生獨特的個體特征是否使他們具備獨特的搜尋行為和過程,最終引向不同的求職方向和結果?這是一個有必要進行深入研究的問題,對該問題進行探究不僅可以從全新視角呈現(xiàn)聾人大學生就業(yè)難原因,而且可以為聾人大學生就業(yè)困境提供更具針對性的對策建議。文章基于工作搜尋理論,采用問卷調查法,從五個方面研究聾生的工作搜尋行為,即信息因素、搜尋努力程度、期望工資和搜尋成本、搜尋自我效能感和感知控制、職業(yè)認知。在借鑒成熟問卷的基礎上,根據(jù)聾生個體特征進行修改編制適合聾生搜尋行為研究的調查問卷�；厥盏膯柧頂�(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS18.0進行交叉表分析和回歸分析,主要得出如下結論:一、聾人大學生搜尋行為在性別、家庭所在地、專業(yè)、聽力等級等方面均存在差異,且受到上述因素的影響。二、聾生搜尋自我效能感以及對搜尋結果的感知控制和職業(yè)認知均處于平均水平之下,一定程度上影響了聾生就業(yè)率的提升。三、聾人大學生性別、聽力等級、家庭所在地、期望工資、搜尋自我效能感、對就業(yè)結果的感知控制以及對職業(yè)目標的認知均與最終就業(yè)狀態(tài)呈現(xiàn)相關性,即能夠在一定程度上預測就業(yè)結果。四、聾生工作搜尋行為與普通大學生工作搜尋行為在搜尋途徑、搜尋努力程度、期望工資和搜尋成本等方面存在顯著差異。最后針對上述研究結果,聚焦聾生五個方面的搜尋行為及政府和高校等外部力量聯(lián)合作用提出如下對策建議:一、微觀層面:改善聾生搜尋行為,促進聾生就業(yè):1.充分借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)搜尋平臺,定制自身個性化信息搜尋渠道。2.增加搜尋努力程度,提升自身內部就業(yè)競爭力。3.客觀評價自身能力,確定符合市場規(guī)律的期望工資。4.提高搜尋自我效能,增強感知控制度。5.明晰職業(yè)目標,使搜尋更具針對性。7.轉變就業(yè)觀念,在職搜尋與曲線搜尋并重。二、宏觀層面:改善搜尋環(huán)境,助力聾生成功就業(yè):1.政府加強政策導向,縮小城鄉(xiāng)聾生搜尋差距。2.各級殘聯(lián)主動提供個性化服務,精準幫扶高校聾人大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)。3.高校轉變培養(yǎng)模式,兼顧各專業(yè)聾生能力的均衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the employment of deaf college students has aroused widespread concern. More and more scholars are studying the employment difficulty from different angles. These researches focus on how to improve the employability from the inside, combined with external forces such as government and society, so as to improve the employment rate of deaf college students. However, few people study the different results of deaf college students seeking jobs from a micro perspective. In general, different levels of search efforts correspond to different job search results, so does the unique individual characteristics of deaf students make them have unique search behavior and process, eventually lead to different direction and results? This is a problem that needs to be studied in depth. Exploring this problem can not only present the causes of the employment difficulties of deaf college students from a new perspective, but also provide more targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the employment predicament of deaf students. Based on the theory of job search, this paper studies the job search behavior of deaf students from five aspects: information factors, search effort, expectation salary and search cost, search self-efficacy and perception control, and occupational cognition. On the basis of the mature questionnaire, according to the individual characteristics of deaf students, a questionnaire suitable for deaf students' search behavior research was compiled. The collected questionnaire data are analyzed by SPSS18.0 and regression analysis. The main conclusions are as follows: first, there are differences in gender, family location, specialty, listening level and so on among deaf college students. And affected by the above factors. Second, deaf students' search self-efficacy, perception control of search results and occupational cognition are all below the average level, which to some extent affect the improvement of deaf students' employment rate. Third, the gender, hearing grade, family location, expected salary, search self-efficacy, perceived control of employment outcome and recognition of career goal of deaf college students were all related to the final employment status. Namely can predict the employment result to a certain extent. Fourth, there are significant differences between the deaf students' job search behavior and the ordinary college students' job search behavior in the aspects of search path, search effort degree, expected salary and search cost. Finally, according to the above research results, focusing on the five aspects of the deaf students' search behavior and the joint role of the government and colleges and universities and other external forces put forward the following countermeasures: first, micro-level: improve deaf students' search behavior, promote deaf students' employment: 1. Make full use of Internet search platform, customize their own personalized information search channel. 2. Increase the level of search efforts to enhance their internal employment competitiveness. 3. Objective evaluation of their own capabilities, determine the expected wage in accordance with the market law. 4. Improve search self-efficacy, enhance perception control. 5. Clear career goals to make the search more targeted. 7. Change the concept of employment, job search and curve search equal emphasis. Second, macro level: improve the search environment, help deaf students succeed in employment: 1. The government strengthens the policy direction, reduces the urban and rural deaf student search disparity. Disabled people's Federation at all levels to provide personalized services, accurate help for the deaf university graduates employment. 3. Colleges and universities change the training mode, and give consideration to the balanced development of deaf students' ability.
