【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革速度的不斷加快,創(chuàng)業(yè)產(chǎn)生動(dòng)力已經(jīng)受到了越來(lái)越多人的認(rèn)可,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育也隨之受到了黨和政府的重視。在各個(gè)高校內(nèi)開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是社會(huì)發(fā)展、教育進(jìn)步必然的趨勢(shì)。創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展好了對(duì)于緩解目前的就業(yè)壓力、高等學(xué)校教育改革以及科技強(qiáng)國(guó)都有一定的效果。因此,如何對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)方面的教育,使他們具有一定的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力和素養(yǎng)是各高校需要解決的重要問(wèn)題。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為了社會(huì)議論的熱點(diǎn),各高校在創(chuàng)業(yè)教育方面作了許多有益的嘗試,無(wú)論是課程的體系、教學(xué)的方式、還是建立各種實(shí)訓(xùn)基地,都為大學(xué)生提供了良好的教育平臺(tái)。但是從目前效果看,實(shí)質(zhì)性的突破不明顯。傳統(tǒng)教育的觀念和方法仍然制約著創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,尤其是在創(chuàng)業(yè)人格方面的培養(yǎng)顯得更為薄弱。在創(chuàng)業(yè)教育過(guò)程中由于過(guò)于偏重知識(shí)和技能方面的傳授,而忽略了精神、人格方面的培養(yǎng),導(dǎo)致當(dāng)前大學(xué)生普遍存在創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)不強(qiáng)、創(chuàng)業(yè)意志薄弱、思維比較僵化等現(xiàn)象。最終導(dǎo)致成創(chuàng)業(yè)人格已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足需求,大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)人格培養(yǎng)已經(jīng)成為了當(dāng)前的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育重點(diǎn)需要解決的問(wèn)題。大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育不應(yīng)該只是技能方面進(jìn)行培養(yǎng),精神、素質(zhì)、行為等人格方面都需要進(jìn)行教育。本文以大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育為背景,就如何實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)人格的培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)查閱、調(diào)查問(wèn)卷等方式對(duì)相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納。全文共分為四大章節(jié):第一章是緒論,主要交代的是本論文中所要研究的內(nèi)容和一些基本情況。第二部分主要講述人格、創(chuàng)業(yè)人格和大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)人格等名詞的相關(guān)概念、具有什么特點(diǎn)以及培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)人格的必要性。第三部分是對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)人格的具體培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找到有利的培養(yǎng)條件并對(duì)其充分的利用;對(duì)影響創(chuàng)業(yè)人格培養(yǎng)的不利因素進(jìn)行反思并找到其根源。第四部分是根據(jù)對(duì)問(wèn)題根源的分析,主要從觀念、創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育等方面尋找具體有效的培養(yǎng)措施。其中第三部分和第四部分是本文的核心部分,通過(guò)對(duì)部分高校的管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和法學(xué)專業(yè)的大學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,總結(jié)分析出在創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)中,影響創(chuàng)業(yè)人格培養(yǎng)的因素和希望得到改進(jìn)的方面來(lái)入手,從而找到合適的培養(yǎng)對(duì)策。第五部分是結(jié)語(yǔ),它是本文的結(jié)論部分,主要對(duì)本文的觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行概括和總結(jié)。通過(guò)對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)人格培養(yǎng)的深度探索,找到了一些方法和對(duì)策。說(shuō)明大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)人格的培養(yǎng)是有方法可循的。通過(guò)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)人格的培養(yǎng),可以提升大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的實(shí)際效果,同時(shí)也使所有高校大學(xué)生都具備良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)人格精神,具有一定的實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of social and economic reform, entrepreneurship has been recognized by more and more people, and entrepreneurship education has been attached importance to by the Party and the government. It is an inevitable trend of social development to carry out entrepreneurship education in various colleges and universities. The development of entrepreneurship education has certain effect on relieving the pressure of employment, reforming higher education and scientific and technological power. Therefore, how to educate college students on entrepreneurship and enable them to have certain entrepreneurial ability and literacy is an important problem to be solved in colleges and universities. College students' entrepreneurship has become a hot topic in the society. Colleges and universities have made a lot of useful attempts in entrepreneurship education, whether it is the curriculum system, the teaching methods, or the establishment of various practical training bases. For college students to provide a good platform for education. But from the current effect, the substantive breakthrough is not obvious. The concept and method of traditional education still restrict the development of entrepreneurship education, especially in the cultivation of entrepreneurial personality. In the process of entrepreneurship education, too much emphasis is placed on the imparting of knowledge and skills, but the cultivation of spirit and personality is neglected, which leads to the phenomenon that the entrepreneurial consciousness is not strong, the entrepreneurial will is weak, and the thinking is rather rigid. Finally, the entrepreneurial personality has been unable to meet the needs, the cultivation of entrepreneurial personality of college students has become the focus of entrepreneurship education needs to be solved. The entrepreneurship education of college students should not only be trained in skills, but also need to be educated in personality, such as spirit, quality, behavior and so on. Based on the background of college students' entrepreneurship education, this paper makes a detailed analysis on how to realize the cultivation of contemporary college students' entrepreneurial personality. Through literature review, questionnaire and other ways to summarize the current situation of relevant research. This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, which mainly describes the content and some basic situation of this paper. The second part mainly describes the related concepts of personality, entrepreneurial personality and college students' entrepreneurial personality, what characteristics they have and the necessity of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial personality. The third part is to analyze the current situation of contemporary college students' entrepreneurial personality, to find favorable conditions and make full use of it; to reflect on the adverse factors that affect the cultivation of entrepreneurial personality and to find its root cause. The fourth part is based on the analysis of the root causes of the problem, mainly from the concept, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship education to find specific and effective training measures. The third part and the fourth part are the core part of this paper. Through the questionnaire survey of college students majoring in management, economics and law in some colleges and universities, the author summarizes and analyzes the entrepreneurial activities. The factors that affect the cultivation of entrepreneurial personality and hope to be improved to start to find the appropriate cultivation countermeasures. The fifth part is conclusion, which is the conclusion of this paper. Through the deep exploration of the cultivation of entrepreneurial personality, some methods and countermeasures are found. It shows that there are some ways to cultivate the entrepreneurial personality of college students. Through the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial personality, the practical effect of university students' entrepreneurship can be promoted, and at the same time, all college students have good entrepreneurial personality spirit, which has certain practical significance.
