【摘要】：為了解中國(guó)在美留學(xué)生的心理和社會(huì)文化適應(yīng)過(guò)程,探討跨文化適應(yīng)策略對(duì)個(gè)體心理和社會(huì)文化適應(yīng)的具體影響,采用普通話對(duì)來(lái)自中國(guó)大陸、香港和臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的19名留學(xué)生進(jìn)行深度訪談。研究結(jié)果表明:受訪者普遍感受到語(yǔ)言、學(xué)習(xí)生活、社會(huì)交往和經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的壓力并遭遇一定程度的焦慮、沮喪、孤獨(dú)等負(fù)性情緒體驗(yàn),但有效的多重應(yīng)對(duì)策略和應(yīng)對(duì)資源促進(jìn)壓力情境下個(gè)體積極自我的發(fā)展;整合策略有助于中國(guó)留學(xué)生的心理和社會(huì)文化適應(yīng),持整合策略的中國(guó)留學(xué)生生活滿意度較高,對(duì)自我學(xué)業(yè)成就較為自信;學(xué)校歸屬感和民族認(rèn)同感是中國(guó)留學(xué)生心理適應(yīng)的重要保護(hù)性因素,緩沖疏離感、排斥感對(duì)個(gè)體自尊的壓力和影響,增強(qiáng)對(duì)自我的積極認(rèn)同和群體歸屬感;雙重的社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)整合中美文化系統(tǒng)中的保護(hù)性因素,為中國(guó)留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)提供信息支持和情感支持,促進(jìn)社會(huì)文化和心理適應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the process of psychological and sociocultural adaptation of Chinese students in the United States, and to explore the specific effects of cross-cultural adaptation strategies on individual psychology and sociocultural adaptation, Putonghua was used to study the process of psychological and sociocultural adaptation of Chinese students from mainland China. 19 international students from Hong Kong and Taiwan were interviewed in depth. The results showed that the subjects generally felt the pressure of language, study life, social interaction and economy, and experienced some negative emotional experiences, such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, etc. However, effective multi-coping strategies and coping resources promote the positive self-development of individuals in stressful situations, and the integration strategies contribute to the psychological and sociocultural adaptation of Chinese students, and the Chinese students with integrated strategies have higher life satisfaction. School belonging and national identity are the important protective factors of Chinese students' psychological adaptation, and the pressure and influence of the sense of alienation and rejection on individual self-esteem. Strengthen the positive self-identity and group belonging, integrate the protective factors in the Sino-American cultural system with the dual social support network, provide information support and emotional support for the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese students, To promote social, cultural and psychological adaptation.
