【摘要】：教師的職前培養(yǎng)是國家教育體系的重要環(huán)節(jié),它從根源上決定了教師質(zhì)量的好和壞,在整個教育系統(tǒng)中有著不可估量的作用。TPACK(Technological Pedagogic al Content Knowledge)框架在近些年經(jīng)過不斷的發(fā)展與更新,越來越成為師范生培養(yǎng)的重要參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時也為師范生教學(xué)素養(yǎng)的評價提供了一個新的切入點(diǎn)。本文選擇以華中師范大學(xué)物理科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院2011級物理學(xué)師范生為對象,通過TP ACK量表的調(diào)查和師范生教學(xué)技能視頻分析,從而了解他們的教學(xué)素養(yǎng)的優(yōu)勢和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。同時,在TPACK視域下對師范生的培養(yǎng)方案進(jìn)行分析,最終提出一些關(guān)于提高物理師范生教學(xué)素養(yǎng)的建議以供探討、參考。本文分為五個部分,主要內(nèi)容如下:第一部分:以高中物理新課程的要求和挑戰(zhàn)為背景,界定了 TPACK這一關(guān)鍵概念,對此概念的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述。提出了本研究的思路和框架。第二部分:提出了新課程之下,我國中學(xué)物理課程對教師在諸如教學(xué)知識、專業(yè)知識、專業(yè)技能、教師職業(yè)道德方面的要求。第三部分:筆者設(shè)計了華中師范大學(xué)2011級物理師范生的調(diào)查問卷,調(diào)查問卷主要是為了分析物理師范生TPACK各個要素的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。并且,對物理師范生教學(xué)視頻案例進(jìn)行觀察和記錄,從TPACK視域進(jìn)行多維度分析。第四部分:從TPACK視域下對物理師范生的培養(yǎng)方案加以剖析,以便找到現(xiàn)如今師范類高校在對于師范生的教育教學(xué)細(xì)節(jié)、課程分類及所占比例中存在的問題。第五部分:依據(jù)分析的結(jié)論,提出提升物理師范生教師素養(yǎng)的一些建議。
[Abstract]:Pre-service training of teachers is an important link in the national education system. It determines the quality of teachers from the root of the good and bad, and plays an inestimable role in the whole education system. The framework of technological Pedagogic al Content Knowledge) has been continuously developed and updated in recent years. More and more, it has become an important reference standard for normal students' cultivation, and it also provides a new starting point for the evaluation of normal school students' teaching accomplishment. Based on the investigation of TP ACK scale and the video analysis of teaching skills of normal students, this paper chooses the students of Physics normal School of Huazhong normal University as the object of study, so as to find out the advantages and disadvantages of their teaching literacy. At the same time, this paper analyzes the training scheme of normal college students from the perspective of TPACK, and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the teaching literacy of physics normal students for discussion and reference. This paper is divided into five parts. The main contents are as follows: the first part: based on the requirements and challenges of the new physics curriculum in senior high school, this paper defines the key concept of TPACK, and expounds the development of the concept at home and abroad. The ideas and framework of this study are put forward. The second part: under the new curriculum, our country middle school physics curriculum to the teacher in the teaching knowledge, the specialized skill, the teacher professional ethics aspect request. The third part: the author designed the questionnaire of the physics normal students of 2011 grade in Huazhong normal University. The main purpose of the questionnaire is to analyze the development status of the TPACK elements of the physics normal students. Furthermore, the teaching video cases of physics teachers are observed and recorded, and the multi-dimensional analysis is carried out from the view of TPACK. The fourth part: from the perspective of TPACK to analyze the training plan of physics normal students, in order to find out the problems existing in the education and teaching details, course classification and proportion of teachers colleges and universities. The fifth part: according to the conclusion of the analysis, some suggestions are put forward to improve the teachers' quality of physics teachers.
