【摘要】：地方本科高校在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的中期階段、攻堅階段應(yīng)該避免概念化、形式化、指標(biāo)化轉(zhuǎn)型的誤區(qū),避免對統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的過度依賴。應(yīng)該以持續(xù)改進的精神,深刻、準(zhǔn)確地把握地方應(yīng)用型本科高校的內(nèi)涵,努力提升應(yīng)用型辦學(xué)水平和質(zhì)量,將轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展推向深入。應(yīng)該圍繞轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的根本目的,緊跟新產(chǎn)業(yè)、新業(yè)態(tài)、新技術(shù)和高等教育發(fā)展的大趨勢,力爭在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展工作中取得突破。
[Abstract]:In the middle stage of transformation and development, local colleges and universities should avoid the misunderstanding of conceptualization, formalization and index transformation, and avoid over-reliance on unified standards. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we should deeply and accurately grasp the connotation of local applied undergraduate colleges and universities, strive to improve the level and quality of applied schools, and push the transformation and development to a deeper level. We should focus on the basic purpose of transformation and development, keep up with the trend of new industry, new technology and higher education development, and strive to make a breakthrough in the work of transformation and development.
