大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信現(xiàn)狀及教育對策研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)正在逐漸成為人們生活、工作、社交、學習的新平臺。網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶的年齡跨度非常大,而大學生是最重要的主體人群,他們通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行學習、娛樂、與人溝通、求職、購物等等,網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活占據(jù)了大學生日常生活的很大一部分。網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活固然豐富多彩,但大學生在網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活中出現(xiàn)的失信問題也需要引起重視。鑒于此,本文選取大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信問題做了詳細調(diào)查研究。本文的主要目的是找出大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信缺失的具體表現(xiàn),形成原因,提出相應(yīng)的解決對策與可行性建議。為了完成這個目標本文通過收集國內(nèi)外學者在大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信問題上的相關(guān)研究成果,通過文獻分析法形成本文的理論基礎(chǔ),再通過問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法對沈陽幾所高校大學生進行了調(diào)查與訪談,通過筆錄資料進行分析,整理出目前大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失信的具體表現(xiàn)并分析出失信原因。筆者的研究成果主要有下述內(nèi)容:第一,調(diào)查研究了大學生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信狀況。筆者首先設(shè)計好了一份含有16個問題的調(diào)查問卷,分別在沈陽農(nóng)大、沈陽師范、沈陽工業(yè)大學、沈陽大學四所大學做了抽樣問卷調(diào)查,形成了一份比較具有說明性的調(diào)查結(jié)果:總體而言大學生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信狀況是健康的,出現(xiàn)問題的范圍集中發(fā)生在網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往、求職、消費與學術(shù)研究幾個方面。而恰恰這幾方面屬于大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活的主要內(nèi)容,一旦出現(xiàn)問題則十分不利于大學生的各方面成長,尤其是人際交往方面會大打折扣,嚴重者導致社會對大學生群體的不信任,后果是非常嚴重的。第二,基于第一條調(diào)查整理出了大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信出現(xiàn)問題的原因。筆者系統(tǒng)分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),造成該問題的因素非常多,可按內(nèi)外因素進行劃分。外因有:國家的網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)管機制不全對失信的懲戒過輕;父母與學校都沒有重視大學生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信教育問題,即便是有,其方法與內(nèi)容也跟不上網(wǎng)絡(luò)的瞬息變化;現(xiàn)有的大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信評價體系籠統(tǒng)不全實際價值不高。內(nèi)因有:大學生年級尚輕在辨別是非的能力上相對薄弱;大學生受誠信教育不足觀念淡薄;少部分大學生知行不一。內(nèi)外因共同作用致使問題的出現(xiàn)。第三,基于前兩條內(nèi)容形成了筆者對有效增強大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信教育的相關(guān)辦法。國家大力營造誠信經(jīng)濟大環(huán)境、全面健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)管機制與網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信制度、完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信獎懲機制、優(yōu)化輿論環(huán)境;發(fā)揮思想政治理論課主陣地作用、開展形式多樣宣傳教育活動、加強校園紅色網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)、建立健全大學生誠信檔案;父母應(yīng)加強對子女的誠信教育、父母應(yīng)加強對子女網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用的引導;大學生要提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信認知水平、培養(yǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活的自律性。望以上建議有足夠可行性可以有效幫助提高大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠信度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the network is becoming a new platform for people to live, work, socialize and learn. The age span of network users is very large, and college students are the most important subject crowd. They study, entertain, communicate with others, seek jobs, shop and so on. Network life occupies a large part of college students' daily life. Although network life is rich and colorful, the problem of university students' dishonesty in network life also needs to be paid attention to. In view of this, this article selects the university student network integrity question to do the detailed investigation research. The main purpose of this paper is to find out the concrete manifestation of college students' lack of network honesty, the reasons for the formation, and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and feasible suggestions. In order to achieve this goal, this paper collects the relevant research results of scholars at home and abroad on the issue of college students' network integrity, forms the theoretical basis of this paper through literature analysis, and then through the method of questionnaire, This paper investigates and interviews the college students in several colleges and universities in Shenyang, analyzes the recorded data, collates the concrete manifestation of the university students' network dishonesty at present and analyzes the reasons of the dishonesty. The main research results are as follows: first, the investigation of the network integrity of college students. The author first designed a questionnaire with 16 questions and made a sampling questionnaire in Shenyang Agricultural University, Shenyang normal University, Shenyang University of Technology, Shenyang University of Technology, and Shenyang University. A more illustrative result is formed: overall, the network integrity of college students is healthy, and the range of problems occurs in the network communication, job search, consumption and academic research. However, these aspects belong to the main content of college students' network life. Once problems arise, they will be very unfavorable to the growth of college students in all aspects, especially in the aspect of interpersonal communication. The serious ones will lead to social distrust of college students. The consequences are very serious. Second, based on the first article of the investigation collated the reasons for the problem of network integrity of college students. After systematic analysis, the author finds that there are many factors causing this problem, which can be divided into internal and external factors. The external reasons are: the national network supervision mechanism is not entirely too light to punish the breach of trust, parents and schools do not attach importance to the problem of network integrity education of college students, even if there is, its methods and content can not keep up with the rapid changes of the network; The existing network integrity evaluation system of college students is not comprehensive and practical value is not high. The internal reasons are: the ability of distinguishing right and wrong is relatively weak in the grade of college students; the concept of lack of honesty education is weak; a small number of college students know and act differently. The joint action of internal and external causes the emergence of problems. Thirdly, based on the first two contents, the author forms the relevant measures to effectively strengthen the network honesty education of college students. The state has made great efforts to create an environment of honesty and credit economy, comprehensively improved the network supervision mechanism and the network integrity system, improved the network honesty reward and punishment mechanism, optimized the public opinion environment, and brought the ideological and political theory course into full play as the main position. Carrying out various forms of propaganda and education activities, strengthening the construction of campus red network, establishing and perfecting university students' credit archives, parents should strengthen the honesty education for their children, parents should strengthen the guidance to the children's network use; College students should improve their cognitive level of network honesty and cultivate the self-discipline of network life. Hope that the above suggestions are feasible enough to effectively help improve the integrity of college students online.
