【摘要】:隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和科技的進(jìn)步,社會各行業(yè)對人才的培養(yǎng)提出更高的要求。全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位的產(chǎn)生,就是為了順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展需要,為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會進(jìn)步培養(yǎng)具有廣闊學(xué)識、寬廣視野、高水平的應(yīng)用型人才。職業(yè)性是專業(yè)學(xué)位的本質(zhì)屬性,職業(yè)能力在實(shí)踐中產(chǎn)生,于實(shí)踐中提升。實(shí)踐教學(xué)是培養(yǎng)研究生實(shí)踐能力、應(yīng)用能力、創(chuàng)新能力的主要途徑,也是研究生教育的重要構(gòu)成部分。全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育經(jīng)過近8年的發(fā)展,,招生人數(shù)呈逐年增長趨勢,其人才培養(yǎng)模式逐漸得到社會各界的廣泛認(rèn)知。規(guī)模的擴(kuò)增、經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展對新型人才的需求給全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位教學(xué)質(zhì)量帶來了全新的挑戰(zhàn)。實(shí)踐教學(xué)質(zhì)量承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生職業(yè)能力的責(zé)任,凸顯專業(yè)學(xué)位職業(yè)性的本質(zhì)。重視實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系研究,對于保障我國全日制研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量有著重要影響。文章以選題背景研究、基礎(chǔ)理論研究、問題研究、對策探究為寫作的主線;A(chǔ)理論研究采取從整體到局部的研究方法,以“職業(yè)能力”為實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系構(gòu)建的邏輯起點(diǎn)和歸屬點(diǎn),提出實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系整體構(gòu)成要素。即,教學(xué)目標(biāo)體系、教學(xué)內(nèi)容體系、實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理體系、實(shí)踐教學(xué)評估體系,實(shí)踐教學(xué)保障體系。問題研究則是從實(shí)踐教學(xué)構(gòu)成要素的角度分析我國全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生實(shí)踐教學(xué)中出現(xiàn)的問題:實(shí)踐教學(xué)理念欠缺,脫離全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)目標(biāo);實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)置僵化,難以體現(xiàn)全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)特色;導(dǎo)師的規(guī)模和質(zhì)量無法滿足實(shí)踐教學(xué)發(fā)展的需要;教學(xué)管理和保障體系缺位,無法保障實(shí)踐教學(xué)的質(zhì)量。文章最后的對策研究是核心內(nèi)容,對實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)的問題提出相對的解決措施:明確職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、注重實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、加大實(shí)踐基地建設(shè)、重視管理機(jī)制和保障機(jī)制建設(shè)、完善實(shí)踐教學(xué)評估來構(gòu)建實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,確保實(shí)踐教學(xué)質(zhì)量。實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系具有廣泛的社會性和復(fù)雜性,實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系的構(gòu)建需要整合教育資源和社會資源,需要多方主體的共同參與來促進(jìn)實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系更加完善、科學(xué)、規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy and the progress of science and technology, all sectors of society put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents. Full-time professional degree is to meet the needs of the development of the times, for economic development, social progress, the cultivation of broad knowledge, broad vision, high level of applied talents. Occupation is the essential attribute of professional degree, professional ability is produced in practice and promoted in practice. Practice teaching is the main way to cultivate graduate students' practical ability, application ability and innovation ability, and it is also an important part of graduate education. Full-time professional degree graduate education has been developing for nearly 8 years, the enrollment number is increasing year by year, and its talent training model has been widely recognized by all walks of life. With the expansion of scale and the development of economy, the demand for new talents brings a new challenge to the quality of full-time professional degree teaching. The quality of practical teaching undertakes the responsibility of cultivating the professional ability of full-time professional degree graduate students, and highlights the essence of professional degree. Attaching importance to the study of practical teaching system has an important influence on ensuring the quality of full-time graduate training in China. The main line of this paper is background research, basic theory research, problem research and countermeasure research. The basic theory research adopts the research method from the whole to the part, taking "vocational ability" as the logical starting point and attribution point of the practical teaching system construction, and puts forward the integral constituent elements of the practice teaching system. That is, teaching objective system, teaching content system, practical teaching management system, practical teaching evaluation system, practical teaching guarantee system. The problem study is to analyze the problems in the practice teaching of full-time professional degree graduate students in China from the point of view of the constituent elements of practical teaching: the lack of practical teaching idea, the break away from the goal of full-time professional degree graduate training; The content of practical teaching is rigid, it is difficult to reflect the training characteristics of full-time professional graduate students; the scale and quality of tutors can not meet the needs of the development of practical teaching; the system of teaching management and security is absent, and the quality of practical teaching cannot be guaranteed. The last part of the paper is the core of the research, and puts forward relative measures to solve the problems in the operation of practical teaching system, such as defining the goal of vocational ability training, paying attention to the construction of practical teaching content, strengthening the construction of tutors' team. Strengthen the construction of practice base, attach importance to the construction of management mechanism and guarantee mechanism, perfect the evaluation of practice teaching to construct practice teaching system and ensure the quality of practice teaching. The practical teaching system has extensive sociality and complexity. The construction of the practical teaching system needs the integration of educational resources and social resources, and the joint participation of various subjects to promote the practice teaching system to be more perfect, scientific and standardized.
