【摘要】：創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育重在提升創(chuàng)新精神與創(chuàng)新能力等"核心素養(yǎng)"。這些"核心素養(yǎng)"的提升要求保障兩個(gè)基本的制度條件:一是價(jià)值取向的多樣性,二是基本的自由度。但是,各高校由陸續(xù)出臺的各種文件簡單疊加構(gòu)成的成文規(guī)則,缺乏整體的制度設(shè)計(jì),價(jià)值取向過于單一,"少數(shù)人專斷"等問題嚴(yán)重,在扶優(yōu)扶強(qiáng)的操作過程中實(shí)際上淡化了大學(xué)的育人宗旨。因此,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育亟需以大學(xué)宗旨為依據(jù)的良好的制度設(shè)計(jì),強(qiáng)化大學(xué)師生的法治規(guī)則意識,堅(jiān)持學(xué)術(shù)自由等大學(xué)原則,堅(jiān)守大學(xué)的育人宗旨,以保障創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)所需要的多樣性和自由度。
[Abstract]:Innovation and entrepreneurship education focuses on the promotion of innovation spirit and innovation ability and other "core literacy." The promotion of these "core qualities" requires two basic institutional conditions: one is the diversity of value orientation, the other is the basic freedom. However, the written rules made up of the simple superposition of all kinds of documents issued by colleges and universities in succession lack the overall system design, the value orientation is too single, and the problems of "arbitrariness by a few people" are serious. In fact, in the course of operation, the university's aim of educating people is desalinated. Therefore, innovative and entrepreneurial education needs to design a good system based on university tenet, strengthen the sense of rule of law of university teachers and students, adhere to the academic freedom and other university principles, and adhere to the purpose of education. In order to protect the diversity and freedom needed for innovation and entrepreneurship.
