【摘要】：高等教育質(zhì)量觀常常受人們價(jià)值觀念差異和社會現(xiàn)實(shí)變化的雙重影響,而不同高等教育質(zhì)量觀及其相應(yīng)質(zhì)量控制行為往往與其背后的質(zhì)量意識從內(nèi)隱到外顯、從萌生與澄清的變化密切相關(guān)。學(xué)位從大學(xué)行會內(nèi)部身份區(qū)分符號到地位等級確認(rèn)符號的變化意味著學(xué)位從萌生到制度化的蝶變。高等教育質(zhì)量話語權(quán)從高等教育內(nèi)部從業(yè)者獨(dú)享的特權(quán)向社會的普遍讓渡標(biāo)志著高等教育走出象牙塔。形形色色的高等教育質(zhì)量保障體系在不同國家被不遺余力地建構(gòu)和高等教育質(zhì)量評估在世界范圍的日漸流行意味著高等教育全面走向社會。上述看似毫無關(guān)聯(lián)的高等教育控制行為都包含著對高等教育質(zhì)量的深度關(guān)注,其背后則隱藏著不同高等教育質(zhì)量意識及相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量觀。
[Abstract]:The quality view of higher education is often influenced by the difference of people's values and the change of social reality. However, different higher education quality views and their corresponding quality control behavior are often hidden from the inside to the outside with the quality consciousness behind them. Germinating is closely related to the change of clarification. The change of degree from the identity of the university guild to the status recognition means the sphenoid change of the degree from birth to institutionalization. Higher education quality discourse power from the higher education practitioners exclusive privileges to the general transfer of society marks the higher education out of the ivory tower. All kinds of higher education quality assurance system has been set up in different countries, and the increasing popularity of higher education quality evaluation in the world means that higher education is moving towards the society in an all-round way. The above seemingly unrelated behaviors of higher education control contain deep concern about the quality of higher education, while behind them are different consciousness of higher education quality and corresponding quality views.
