【摘要】：作為典型的知識(shí)型組織,學(xué)科本質(zhì)上是一種"自我傳導(dǎo)的"組織范式,其成長(zhǎng)過程具有遺傳與變異、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作、適應(yīng)與發(fā)展等生態(tài)學(xué)特征。世界一流學(xué)科生成于良好的學(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng)之中,那么,未來的研究應(yīng)該聚焦于一流學(xué)科的生長(zhǎng)基質(zhì)——學(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng),而非本體論或?qū)嵺`論意義上的自我審視。組織生態(tài)學(xué)為學(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ),系統(tǒng)以學(xué)科組織個(gè)體、組織種群、組織群落為基本單位,圍繞知識(shí)材料的生產(chǎn)、傳播、應(yīng)用等活動(dòng),形成一個(gè)自然演化、動(dòng)態(tài)生長(zhǎng)、自我調(diào)控的組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別闡述了學(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的分析框架及其演化機(jī)理,其中,學(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的分析框架由學(xué)科組織、耦合網(wǎng)絡(luò)、治理結(jié)構(gòu)、績(jī)效考核四個(gè)方面構(gòu)成,它們?yōu)閷W(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建及其研究提供了新的思路和方法;學(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的演化機(jī)理主要體現(xiàn)在學(xué)科組織個(gè)體的生長(zhǎng)、學(xué)科組織之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作,以及學(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng)與環(huán)境之間的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)控,前者觀照知識(shí)增長(zhǎng)、學(xué)者使命、組織結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)學(xué)科組織生長(zhǎng)的推動(dòng)作用,后者重視學(xué)科組織間的有序競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、協(xié)同共生,以及系統(tǒng)與環(huán)境之間的適應(yīng)與變革。
[Abstract]:As a typical knowledge organization, discipline is essentially a kind of "self-conducting" organizational paradigm. Its growing process has ecological characteristics such as heredity and variation, competition and cooperation, adaptation and development, etc. The world first class discipline is produced in the good discipline ecosystem, so the future research should focus on the growth matrix of the first class discipline-the discipline ecosystem, rather than the self-examination in the sense of ontology or practice. Organizational ecology provides a solid theoretical basis for the construction of the subject ecosystem. The system takes the subject organization individual, organizational population and organizational community as the basic unit, and revolves around the production, dissemination and application of knowledge materials. Form a natural evolution, dynamic growth, self-regulation of the network of organizations. On this basis, the analytical framework and its evolution mechanism of the subject ecosystem are expounded respectively. Among them, the analysis framework of the subject ecosystem is composed of four aspects: discipline organization, coupling network, governance structure, performance evaluation, etc. They provide new ideas and methods for the construction and research of the subject ecosystem, and the evolution mechanism of the discipline ecosystem is mainly embodied in the growth of the individual of the discipline organization, the competition and cooperation among the discipline organizations. And the dynamic regulation between the subject ecosystem and the environment. The former emphasizes the growth of knowledge, the mission of scholars and the structure of organization to promote the growth of discipline organization, the latter pays attention to the orderly competition among discipline organizations, and co-exists with each other. And the adaptation and change between system and environment.
