全科醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生醫(yī)患溝通能力的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:目的:愈發(fā)緊張的醫(yī)患關(guān)系已經(jīng)成為常見(jiàn)的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。醫(yī)患溝通作為治療的一部分,所扮演的角色愈發(fā)重要。因此本文旨在探討我國(guó)全科醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)在校生醫(yī)患溝通能力的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及其重要性,分析影響該專業(yè)學(xué)生溝通能力培養(yǎng)的因素并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。并嘗試在此基礎(chǔ)上提出有效的醫(yī)患溝通高等教育培養(yǎng)方案,提高學(xué)生的醫(yī)患溝通水平,以實(shí)現(xiàn)推動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革、促進(jìn)全科醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。此外,幫助學(xué)生適應(yīng)復(fù)雜的醫(yī)療環(huán)境,減少醫(yī)患矛盾,提高他們的綜合能力。方法:本研究通過(guò)實(shí)地訪問(wèn)和大量檢索國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料初步掌握了我國(guó)高等院校醫(yī)患溝通教的研究現(xiàn)狀,及其研究進(jìn)展和所存在的問(wèn)題。根據(jù)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)的特點(diǎn)制定調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,在專家討論協(xié)商作出修改后,在皖南醫(yī)學(xué)院及其附屬第一醫(yī)院投入使用,其中針對(duì)全科醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生發(fā)放問(wèn)卷87份,參加臨床和社區(qū)師資培訓(xùn)的全科醫(yī)生發(fā)放問(wèn)卷149份。問(wèn)卷整理完畢后通過(guò)雙人使用EpiData3.0錄入,制作統(tǒng)計(jì)圖表并對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果:結(jié)果圍繞以下三方面展開(kāi):(1)醫(yī)患溝通在醫(yī)學(xué)教育中的實(shí)際地位及開(kāi)展情況;(2)全科醫(yī)學(xué)生關(guān)于醫(yī)患溝通課程的意見(jiàn)及建議;(3)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段全科醫(yī)生醫(yī)患溝通實(shí)況。結(jié)論:盡管醫(yī)患溝通能力對(duì)于全科醫(yī)學(xué)生很重要,溝通高等教育仍不盡人意。通過(guò)教育可以提高醫(yī)學(xué)生的溝通能力。學(xué)校和有關(guān)部門應(yīng)加強(qiáng)溝通教育意識(shí),并對(duì)醫(yī)患溝通課程的組建和實(shí)施提出改革方案。教師應(yīng)結(jié)合全科醫(yī)學(xué)的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行合理的課程設(shè)置,采取多種教育方式進(jìn)行醫(yī)患溝通教育。
[Abstract]:Objective: the increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients has become a common social problem. As part of treatment, doctor-patient communication plays an increasingly important role. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the present situation and importance of the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability of students majoring in general practice in our country, to analyze the factors that affect the cultivation of communication ability of students majoring in general medicine and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. On this basis, the author tries to put forward an effective training plan of doctor-patient communication higher education, to improve the students' communication between doctors and patients, so as to achieve the goal of promoting the reform of medical education and the development of general practice medicine. In addition, to help students adapt to the complex medical environment, reduce doctor-patient conflicts, improve their comprehensive ability. Methods: the present situation of the research on doctor-patient communication education in colleges and universities in China was preliminarily grasped through field visits and a large number of domestic and foreign literature materials. The research progress and the existing problems were also discussed. According to the characteristics of community health service, the questionnaire was developed and revised after expert discussion and consultation, and it was put into use in Wannan Medical College and its first affiliated Hospital. Among them, 87 questionnaires were distributed to students majoring in general medicine. 149 questionnaires were issued by general practitioners who participated in clinical and community teacher training. After the questionnaire is finished, through the double use of EpiData3.0 input, make statistical charts and comparative analysis. Results: about the following three aspects: 1) the actual status and development of doctor-patient communication in medical education; (2) the opinions and suggestions of general medical students on the course of doctor-patient communication; 3) the current situation of doctor-patient communication among general practitioners in China at the present stage. Conclusion: although doctor-patient communication ability is very important for general practice students, communication higher education is still unsatisfactory. The communication ability of medical students can be improved through education. Schools and relevant departments should strengthen the awareness of communication education, and put forward a reform plan for the establishment and implementation of the curriculum of communication between doctors and patients. Teachers should combine the characteristics of general practice medicine with reasonable curriculum design and adopt various educational methods to carry out doctor-patient communication education.
