【摘要】：服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)自20世紀(jì)60年代產(chǎn)生以來(lái),對(duì)美國(guó)教師教育的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了很大的影響。服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)連接了學(xué)校課程和社區(qū)服務(wù),加強(qiáng)了師范生理論性知識(shí)和實(shí)踐性知識(shí)的聯(lián)系,培養(yǎng)了師范生的社會(huì)責(zé)任感,促進(jìn)了社區(qū)教育的發(fā)展,得到了美國(guó)社會(huì)的關(guān)注與認(rèn)可。為了總結(jié)服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)在美國(guó)教師教育中開展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),挖掘其對(duì)加強(qiáng)我國(guó)師范生教育實(shí)踐的可借鑒之處,本文在以下幾個(gè)方面對(duì)服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)做了相關(guān)研究。本文共有五部分。第一部分是緒論,介紹了本研究的選題緣由、理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀,概括了本研究的研究?jī)?nèi)容,提出了本研究的思路和方法。第二部分介紹了服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)的基本理論。首先介紹了服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)涵、發(fā)展脈絡(luò)和理論基礎(chǔ),然后探討了服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施過(guò)程,最后介紹了服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)的質(zhì)量指標(biāo)及特征。第三部分介紹了美國(guó)兩所高校賓漢頓大學(xué)和舊金山州立大學(xué)師范生的服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐模式,概括了美國(guó)高校教師教育中服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀,為把服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)引入我國(guó)師范生教育實(shí)踐提供借鑒。第四部分從師范生、教師教育者的角度介紹了服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)在教師教育中的價(jià)值。第五部分總結(jié)了服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)在美國(guó)教師教育中開展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí)結(jié)合我國(guó)教師教育的發(fā)展情況,探討了美國(guó)教師教育中的服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)我國(guó)教師教育發(fā)展的啟示,尤其是對(duì)加強(qiáng)我國(guó)師范生的實(shí)踐教學(xué)提供的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Service learning has had a great influence on the development of American teacher education since its birth in 1960's. Service learning connects school curriculum and community service, strengthens the relationship between theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge of normal school students, cultivates the sense of social responsibility of normal school students, promotes the development of community education, and gets the attention and recognition of American society. In order to sum up the successful experience of service learning in American teacher education and explore its reference for strengthening the educational practice of normal students in our country, this paper makes some relevant research on service learning in the following aspects. There are five parts in this paper. The first part is an introduction, which introduces the reason, theoretical and practical significance of this research, summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign research, summarizes the research content, and puts forward the ideas and methods of this study. The second part introduces the basic theory of service learning. This paper first introduces the connotation, development and theoretical basis of service learning, then discusses the teaching design and implementation process of service learning, and finally introduces the quality index and characteristics of service learning. The third part introduces the practice mode of service learning for the students of Binghamton University and San Francisco State University, and summarizes the actualization of service learning in the teacher education of American colleges and universities. To provide reference for the introduction of service learning into the educational practice of normal students in China. The fourth part introduces the value of service learning in teacher education from the point of view of normal students and teachers educators. The fifth part summarizes the successful experience of service learning in American teacher education, and at the same time, discusses the enlightenment of service learning in American teacher education to the development of teacher education in our country, combined with the development of teacher education in our country. In particular, to strengthen the practice of normal students in China to provide reference.
