【摘要】：針對實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)中熱原檢測周期長、不便于開展實(shí)體教學(xué)的問題,為了啟發(fā)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐能力,以學(xué)生為主體的研發(fā)小組研制一種可實(shí)現(xiàn)熱原在線監(jiān)控的裝置。該裝置基于熱原的光散射特征,在注射劑生產(chǎn)過程中通過密閉管路與生產(chǎn)線對接,杜絕了檢測環(huán)境中微粒懸浮物對檢測過程的污染,實(shí)現(xiàn)了熱原快速、在線、無污染檢測。該裝置的研發(fā)充分發(fā)揮了學(xué)生的潛力與創(chuàng)造性,實(shí)現(xiàn)課堂教學(xué)效果與實(shí)踐能力的雙提升。
[Abstract]:In order to enlighten college students' innovative practical ability, a device which can realize the on-line monitoring of heat source is developed in order to enlighten college students' innovative practical ability. The device is based on the light scattering characteristics of the pyrogen, through the closed pipeline and production line in the production of injections. The docking has eliminated the pollution of the particulate matter in the testing environment to the detection process, and realized the rapid, on-line and non pollution detection of the pyrogen. The research and development of the device fully exerted the potential and creativity of the students, and realized the double promotion of the teaching effect and the practical ability of the classroom.
