【摘要】：立足學(xué)科特點,圍繞培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才的目標(biāo),從教學(xué)平臺的建設(shè)意義、建設(shè)理念與思路、平臺的功能和平臺的運行管理等方面進(jìn)行了建設(shè),構(gòu)建了實驗室—虛擬工廠—真實工廠三位一體的"丙烯酸甲酯生產(chǎn)工藝—化工過程及裝備全流程半實物仿真生產(chǎn)線"的實踐教學(xué)平臺。探索了適用于地方應(yīng)用型本科高�；ゎ悓I(yè)實驗室的建設(shè)問題。
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of the subject and the goal of cultivating applied technical talents, this paper has carried out the construction of the teaching platform from the aspects of the significance of the construction of the teaching platform, the construction ideas and ideas, the functions of the platform and the operation and management of the platform, and so on. A practical teaching platform of "Methyl Acrylate production Technology-Chemical process and equipment Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation production Line", which is trinity of laboratory, virtual factory and real factory, is constructed. This paper explores the construction of chemical specialty laboratories in local applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
