【摘要】：如今,俄羅斯女性高等教育的發(fā)展進程似乎很順利,參與高等教育的女性數(shù)量也超過了男性,在高等教育的性別平等問題上,俄羅斯甚至被認為是一個性別平等狀況良好的國家。然而實際情況并非如此:雖然俄羅斯堅持法律上的男女平等,但是參與高等教育的女性依然長期處于劣勢地位,自身不斷遭受著高等教育的性別不平等帶來的各種困擾,隨著她們步入社會,性別歧視在就業(yè)市場上表現(xiàn)地更加的明顯和突出。由此可見,實際上,女性在許多方面都無法享受與男性同等的待遇,其發(fā)展還是遠遠落后男性。不僅如此,女性高等教育中的地位是女性社會地位高低的顯著標志。所以提高女性在高等教育中的地位,對提高女性的社會地位也有著深刻的影響。探究俄羅斯女性參與高等教育的狀況、女性高等教育在歷史上和現(xiàn)在所存在的問題以及影響女性接受高等教育的因素等問題,對俄羅斯女性高等教育的發(fā)展和女性社會地位的提高都具有重要的意義。筆者基于俄羅斯高等教育中女性的地位來進行分析和探究。從歷史的演變的角度對女性獲得接受高等教育權利的過程以及女性高等教育層次發(fā)展進行分析,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)女性參與高等教育存在以下問題:普通高等教育女性化以及由此引起的問題,男女專業(yè)選擇分化,男女性就業(yè)差異差別,男女性收入上的差距,女大學教師的地位問題,女性擔任教師職務及參與高等教育管理方面存在一定的難度,以及對高等教育系統(tǒng)撥款的性別問題等等。除了進行歷史的構制和現(xiàn)狀的分析之外,還做出了未來的預測以及建議。通過本研究希望能夠引起社會對俄羅斯女性高等教育的問題的重視,能促進更多婦女問題的研究者關注女性高等教育的研究。
[Abstract]:Today, the development of higher education for women in Russia seems to be going smoothly, and the number of women participating in higher education is higher than that of men, and on the issue of gender equality in higher education, Russia is even considered a country with good gender equality. But that is not the case: although Russia insists on equality between men and women in law, women in higher education remain at a long-term disadvantage, suffering from constant gender inequality in higher education. As they enter the society, gender discrimination is more obvious and prominent in the job market. In fact, women do not enjoy the same treatment as men in many ways, and their development still lags far behind men. Not only that, the status of female higher education is a significant symbol of women's social status. Therefore, improving the status of women in higher education also has a profound impact on the social status of women. This paper explores the situation of women's participation in higher education in Russia, the problems existing in the history and present of female higher education, and the factors affecting women's access to higher education. It is of great significance to the development of Russian female higher education and the improvement of women's social status. The author analyzes and explores the status of women in Russian higher education. From the perspective of historical evolution, this paper analyzes the process of women's right to receive higher education and the development of female higher education. It is found that the female participation in higher education has the following problems: the feminization of general higher education and the resulting problems, the differentiation of professional choices between men and women, the difference between male and female employment, and the gap in male and female income. The status of female university teachers, the difficulty of women's participation in the management of higher education, and the gender problem of the allocation of funds to the higher education system, etc. In addition to the historical structure and analysis of the current situation, the future prediction and suggestions are also made. Through this study, we hope to arouse the attention of the society to the problems of higher education for women in Russia, and to promote more researchers on women's issues to pay attention to the study of higher education for women.
