【摘要】：博士后日常經(jīng)費(fèi)為博士后從事科研和生活提供基本保障,博士后日常經(jīng)費(fèi)經(jīng)歷多次調(diào)整,但依然存在很多問(wèn)題。本文采用混合方法研究的理論與方法,在實(shí)地訪談和調(diào)研以及向全國(guó)400多家博士后流動(dòng)站發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷基礎(chǔ)上,區(qū)分設(shè)站單位所處區(qū)域、屬性等因素對(duì)中國(guó)博士后日常經(jīng)費(fèi)的問(wèn)題與改革方案進(jìn)行了識(shí)別分析,結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)濟(jì)越發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)和研究水平越高的機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)博士后日常經(jīng)費(fèi)的滿意度越低,不同類型的設(shè)站單位對(duì)博士后日常經(jīng)費(fèi)存在的問(wèn)題和建議雖有雷同,但關(guān)注點(diǎn)不一。
[Abstract]:Postdoctoral daily funds provide basic guarantee for postdoctoral research and life, postdoctoral daily funds have been adjusted many times, but there are still many problems. On the basis of field interview and investigation and questionnaire distribution to more than 400 postdoctoral mobile stations in China, this paper uses the theory and method of mixed method to distinguish the regions in which the stations are located. Attribute and other factors have identified and analyzed the problems and reform schemes of postdoctoral daily funds in China. The results show that the more developed regions and institutions with higher research level, the less satisfied they are with the daily postdoctoral funds. Although different types of postdoctoral organizations have similar problems and suggestions on postdoctoral daily funds, they pay different attention to them.
