高校創(chuàng)客空間建設(shè)機(jī)制研究——基于美國HEMI高校的實(shí)踐啟示

【摘要】:高校創(chuàng)客空間(Academic Makerspace)是不容忽視的人才培養(yǎng)載體和學(xué)科交叉共享平臺(tái)。國內(nèi)高校創(chuàng)客空間在建設(shè)過程中面臨著管理機(jī)制不健全、開放性不足、安全性缺位、共享性不強(qiáng)等現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。美國HEMI高校創(chuàng)客空間擁有精干高效的管理機(jī)制,以保證充足的開放時(shí)間;打造多元包容的開放機(jī)制,以吸引不同群體會(huì)員加入;構(gòu)建軟硬結(jié)合的安全控制機(jī)制,以確保創(chuàng)客空間安全運(yùn)行;通過校內(nèi)外合作實(shí)現(xiàn)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)資源共享,以推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化。國內(nèi)高校創(chuàng)客空間的發(fā)展應(yīng)選擇性借鑒國外高校成熟經(jīng)驗(yàn),升級(jí)現(xiàn)有載體,構(gòu)建學(xué)科交叉共享平臺(tái),匯聚協(xié)同發(fā)展動(dòng)力;加強(qiáng)課程設(shè)計(jì),推動(dòng)創(chuàng)客公共課程建設(shè),激發(fā)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新張力;注重內(nèi)外聯(lián)動(dòng),維持創(chuàng)客空間生態(tài)平衡,增強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化活力。
[Abstract]:Academic Makerspace is the carrier of talent training and the platform of interdisciplinary sharing. In the process of construction, domestic colleges and universities are faced with some practical problems, such as imperfect management mechanism, insufficient openness, lack of security, low sharing and so on. In order to ensure sufficient opening hours, HEMI University Founding Space in the United States has a smart and efficient management mechanism to ensure adequate opening hours; to create a pluralistic and inclusive open mechanism to attract different groups of members to join; to build a security control mechanism that combines soft and hard. In order to ensure the safe operation of the creative space, the interdisciplinary team resource sharing can be realized through the cooperation between the school and the outside, so as to promote the transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship. The development of domestic colleges and universities should learn from the mature experience of foreign universities, upgrade the existing carriers, build a platform for cross-sharing of disciplines, pool the power of collaborative development, strengthen the curriculum design, promote the construction of public courses for creators. Stimulate students' creative tension, pay attention to internal and external interaction, maintain the ecological balance of creative space, and enhance the vitality of entrepreneurial transformation.
