【摘要】：高校思想政治理論課是為中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)培養(yǎng)德智體美全面發(fā)展的建設(shè)者和接班人的主陣地和主渠道,是傳播執(zhí)政黨執(zhí)政理念的主要載體,通過教育教學(xué)幫助學(xué)生樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀。高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)的效果和質(zhì)量一直受到高度的關(guān)注,經(jīng)過多年的改革與探索高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)的效果取得了一定的成果,然而高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)的針對性和實(shí)效性不強(qiáng)的問題仍然存在,這一問題仍未解決的主要原因之一在于教學(xué)過程中存在著過猶不及的現(xiàn)象,包括教育目標(biāo)過高、教學(xué)內(nèi)容過于理論化、教學(xué)方式過于單一、教學(xué)理念過于僵化、考試內(nèi)容過于強(qiáng)調(diào)知識記憶性等不適度的現(xiàn)象,這些現(xiàn)象的存在均不利于增強(qiáng)高校思想政治理論課的針對性與實(shí)效性。如何使高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)做到恰如其分、恰到好處地將馬克思主義理論灌輸?shù)酱髮W(xué)生的頭腦中已經(jīng)成為我們亟待解決的問題。本文以提高思想政治理論課的針對性和實(shí)效性作為落腳點(diǎn),針對高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)各方面的適度性進(jìn)行了相對系統(tǒng)全面的研究。進(jìn)行因材施教、制定個(gè)性化的人才培養(yǎng)方案;在教學(xué)內(nèi)容上適當(dāng)與學(xué)生實(shí)際相結(jié)合,豐富教學(xué)內(nèi)容,既不能照本宣科又不能完全脫離教材和大綱內(nèi)容;采取適宜的教學(xué)方法,將傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方式與現(xiàn)代教學(xué)方式相結(jié)合,課堂教學(xué)與課外實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,運(yùn)用語言藝術(shù)的魅力提高學(xué)生的積極性,讓學(xué)生主動(dòng)參與到課堂當(dāng)中;通過促進(jìn)思想政治理論課考試方式的改革,增添考試方式的靈活性,注重對大學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng);還要不斷增強(qiáng)高校思想政治理論課教師的專業(yè)技能與科研能力,不斷更新教學(xué)理念,最終使思想政治理論課成為大學(xué)生真正喜愛、終生受益的一門課程,真正使馬克思主義和馬克思義中國化理論進(jìn)入大學(xué)生的頭腦并加以認(rèn)同,轉(zhuǎn)化成信念、外化于行動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is the main position and main channel for the constructors and successors to cultivate the moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic development in an all-round way for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and is the main carrier to spread the ruling concept of the ruling party. Help students establish correct world outlook, outlook on life and values through education and teaching. The effect and quality of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities have been highly concerned. After many years of reform and exploration, the effect of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities has achieved certain results. However, the problem that the teaching of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is not specific and effective still exists. One of the main reasons why this problem remains unsolved is that there is a phenomenon that is too high in the teaching process, including too high an educational goal. The teaching content is too theoretical, the teaching method is too single, the teaching idea is too rigid, and the examination content is too much emphasis on knowledge and memory. The existence of these phenomena is not conducive to strengthening the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. How to make the teaching of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities be appropriate and properly inculcate Marxist theory into the minds of college students has become an urgent problem to be solved. Aiming at improving the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political theory course, this paper makes a relatively systematic and comprehensive study on the moderation of the ideological and political theory course teaching in colleges and universities. To teach students according to their aptitude, to formulate individualized personnel training programs, to combine the teaching contents with the students' reality, to enrich the teaching contents, to neither follow the textbook nor completely separate from the teaching materials and syllabuses, and to adopt appropriate teaching methods. Combine the traditional teaching method with the modern teaching method, the classroom teaching and the extracurricular practice, use the charm of the language art to improve the enthusiasm of the students, let the students take the initiative to participate in the classroom; Through promoting the reform of the examination method of the ideological and political theory course, increasing the flexibility of the examination mode, paying attention to the cultivation of the college students' ability, and constantly strengthening the professional skills and scientific research ability of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, By constantly renewing the teaching idea, the course of ideological and political theory will become a course that students really like and benefit from all their lives, so that Marxism and Marxist theory of Chinese meaning can really enter the minds of college students, identify with them and transform them into beliefs.
