【摘要】：大學(xué)生村官作為美好鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的生力軍,其工作能力強(qiáng)弱決定了全面建成小康社會(huì)和脫貧致富的進(jìn)度。如何進(jìn)一步提升大學(xué)生村官工作能力來(lái)適應(yīng)崗位新要求,使之在全面建成小康社會(huì)的歷史進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮重要的作用,成為當(dāng)下大學(xué)生村官工作面臨的重要課題。大學(xué)生村官若想盡可能快地適應(yīng)崗位要求,必須通過(guò)培訓(xùn)提升其崗位適應(yīng)性,提高其駐村工作能力。各地在培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中對(duì)大學(xué)生村官培訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)進(jìn)行了積極探索,在取得一定成效的同時(shí),也面臨著很多問(wèn)題。應(yīng)分析大學(xué)生村官培訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)必要性和當(dāng)前面臨的困境,結(jié)合實(shí)際,提出行之有效的大學(xué)生村官培訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)方案。
[Abstract]:As a new force in the construction of beautiful villages, the working ability of university students' village officials determines the progress of building a well-off society and getting rich from poverty in an all-round way. How to further improve the work ability of college students' village officials to meet the new requirements of their posts and make them play an important role in the historical process of building a well-off society in an all-round way has become an important issue facing the university students' village officials' work. If college student village officials want to adapt to the requirements of their posts as quickly as possible, they must improve their post adaptability through training and improve their ability to work in the village. In the course of training, the construction of the training base for college students' village officials has been actively explored, and at the same time, many problems have been faced. It is necessary to analyze the necessity of the construction of the university student village official training base and the difficulties it faces at present. Combining with the actual situation, the paper puts forward an effective scheme for the construction of the university student village official training base.
