【摘要】：聚焦于知識(shí)與組織的互動(dòng),采用比較方法中的求同法進(jìn)行多案例研究,提煉世界一流大學(xué)的生成機(jī)制。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):大學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)知識(shí)演變中存在專門化與綜合化、基礎(chǔ)性與應(yīng)用性的沖突,由于對(duì)沖突的處理方式不同,世界一流大學(xué)中存在三種不同的組織類型,即德國(guó)研究型大學(xué)的單層線性結(jié)構(gòu)、美國(guó)研究型大學(xué)的雙層復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)和美國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)彌散結(jié)構(gòu)。而這三種類型的共同邏輯是通過組織創(chuàng)新來適應(yīng)和推動(dòng)學(xué)術(shù)知識(shí)的重大演變,這是世界一流大學(xué)生成的重要機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Focusing on the interaction between knowledge and organization, this paper uses the method of comparison to carry out multi-case studies to refine the generation mechanism of world-class universities. It is found that there are three different types of organization in the evolution of academic knowledge, such as specialization and integration, conflict between foundation and application, and different ways of dealing with conflicts. That is the single layer linear structure of German research university, the double layer compound structure of American research university and the network dispersion structure of American entrepreneurial university. The common logic of these three types is to adapt and promote the great evolution of academic knowledge through organizational innovation, which is an important mechanism for world-class college students.
