【摘要】：導(dǎo)師在指導(dǎo)碩士生的學(xué)習(xí)和保證碩士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量中起著主導(dǎo)作用,因此研究高校碩士生導(dǎo)師的崗位勝任力很有必要。通過對(duì)江西省6所高校246位碩士生導(dǎo)師的調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn):高校碩士生導(dǎo)師崗位勝任力整體水平較好但專業(yè)能力相對(duì)較弱,不同性別、不同教齡、任導(dǎo)師不同年限、不同職稱、不同學(xué)歷、不同專業(yè)的碩士生導(dǎo)師崗位勝任力表現(xiàn)有所差異,崗前培訓(xùn)、開展業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)和考核評(píng)價(jià)是影響碩士生導(dǎo)師崗位勝任力的重要因素。為了有效地提升高校碩士生導(dǎo)師的崗位勝任力,高校應(yīng)加強(qiáng)碩士生導(dǎo)師的團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、完善碩士生導(dǎo)師勝任力的提升機(jī)制、提高碩士生導(dǎo)師的專業(yè)能力。
[Abstract]:The tutor plays a leading role in guiding the study of the master students and ensuring the quality of the master students, so it is necessary to study the post competence of the master tutors in colleges and universities. Through the investigation of 246 master tutors in 6 colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, it is found that the overall level of post competence of master tutors in colleges and universities is relatively good, but the professional ability is relatively weak, with different gender, different teaching years, different years of working experience and different titles. There are differences in the post competence of master tutors with different degrees and specialties. Pre-job training, business activities and assessment are the important factors that affect the post competence of master tutors. In order to effectively enhance the post competence of master tutors in colleges and universities, we should strengthen the team building of master tutors, perfect the promotion mechanism of master tutors competence, and improve the professional ability of master tutors.
