【摘要】：高校黨團(tuán)組織作為青年思想教育引領(lǐng)的基層組織,在我國高等教育發(fā)展進(jìn)程中已經(jīng)形成了較為成熟的教育思維與方法,確立了以人才培養(yǎng)為中心的技能教育,以思想教育和社會(huì)實(shí)踐引領(lǐng)的素質(zhì)教育策略,培育了一批批社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的合格人才。但隨著整個(gè)世界格局的新變化;民族保護(hù)主義抬頭、逆全球化的涌動(dòng)、信息碎片化的到來、顏色革命的爆發(fā)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維的產(chǎn)生、體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊等,使現(xiàn)代年輕人更加無所適從和迷茫,一些人更是崇尚“娛樂至死、金錢至上”的西方墮落的思想。這些現(xiàn)象表明,高校共青團(tuán)的工作環(huán)境更為復(fù)雜、更為嚴(yán)俊,我們面對的不僅是大學(xué)生自身的成長,社會(huì)對人才需求,更要面對馬克思主義理想信念的堅(jiān)定者,培養(yǎng)健全人格的社會(huì)主義工作者。因此,高校共青團(tuán)工作要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、開拓思維,針對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的思想變化和行為特點(diǎn),結(jié)合我國社會(huì)發(fā)展實(shí)際和國際社會(huì)變化趨勢,把握大學(xué)生思想演變基本規(guī)律,找出當(dāng)前社會(huì)大變革中大學(xué)生信仰波動(dòng)原因,因地制宜的創(chuàng)新高校思想政治教育的新方法,這樣才能更好的為國家培養(yǎng)合格人才,更好的為社會(huì)主義事業(yè)服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:As a grass-roots organization led by youth ideological education, the Party and League organizations in colleges and universities have formed more mature educational thinking and methods in the course of the development of higher education in our country, and have established the skill education centered on the cultivation of talents. The strategy of quality education, guided by ideological education and social practice, has cultivated a number of qualified talents for socialist cause. But with the new changes in the whole world pattern, the rise of national protectionism, the surge of counter-globalization, the arrival of fragmentation of information, the outbreak of the color revolution, the emergence of Internet thinking, the impact of the experience economy, etc. Make modern young people more confused and confused, some advocate "entertainment to death, money supreme" Western decadent thought. These phenomena show that the work environment of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities is more complex and more handsome. What we face is not only the growth of college students themselves, the social demand for talents, but also the steadfastness of Marxist ideals and beliefs. A socialist worker with a sound personality. Therefore, the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities should keep pace with the times, open up thinking, and grasp the basic law of the ideological evolution of college students in view of the ideological changes and behavioral characteristics of contemporary college students, combined with the reality of social development in our country and the changing trend of international society. To find out the reason of the fluctuation of college students' belief in the great social transformation and to innovate the new method of ideological and political education in colleges and universities according to local conditions, in order to train qualified talents for the country and serve the cause of socialism better.
