【摘要】：高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)已經(jīng)成為亟待解決的社會(huì)問題之一,文章以學(xué)生需求為基礎(chǔ),以問題為導(dǎo)向,針對(duì)高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)存在的定位不準(zhǔn)確、信息不對(duì)稱、指導(dǎo)不得力、教學(xué)不適應(yīng)等突出問題,提出以現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)和大數(shù)據(jù)為手段,建立起精準(zhǔn)采集是基礎(chǔ)、精準(zhǔn)識(shí)別是關(guān)鍵、精準(zhǔn)指導(dǎo)是途徑、精準(zhǔn)管理是保障和精準(zhǔn)教育是根本的大學(xué)生精準(zhǔn)就業(yè)服務(wù)體系,切實(shí)解決當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生的就業(yè)困難問題。
[Abstract]:The employment of college graduates has become one of the social problems to be solved urgently. The article is based on students' demand and problem oriented, aiming at the inaccurate orientation, asymmetric information and ineffective guidance of college students' employment. Some outstanding problems, such as teaching inadaptability, are pointed out. It is put forward that using modern information technology and big data as the means, establishing accurate collection is the foundation, precision recognition is the key, and precision guidance is the way. Precision management is the guarantee and precision education, which is the basic service system of college students' precision employment.
