M學(xué)院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)民辦高校是在高等教育大眾化進(jìn)程中,順應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要迅速發(fā)展起來(lái)的。近年來(lái),社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境發(fā)生了重大變化,行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,民辦高校面臨生存的危機(jī)和發(fā)展的困惑。民辦高校在新的發(fā)展形勢(shì)下如何進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,值得我們?nèi)パ芯亢吞剿。?guó)內(nèi)對(duì)民辦高校的研究主要集中于肯定已取得的成績(jī)、存在的問(wèn)題和解決的對(duì)策,針對(duì)具體個(gè)案研究其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的較少。M學(xué)院是一所泉州地區(qū)的民辦本科高校,在泉州民辦高校中具有一定的代表性。本文以M學(xué)院作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)M學(xué)院的發(fā)展環(huán)境和戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃進(jìn)行深入研究。首先,本文在閱讀了大量民辦高校發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)相關(guān)概念和理論進(jìn)行梳理和界定。其次,對(duì)M學(xué)院發(fā)展的內(nèi)外環(huán)境進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,應(yīng)用SWOT分析方法對(duì)M學(xué)院自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)及其所面臨的外部機(jī)遇、威脅進(jìn)行深入分析,并制定分析表。再次,在分析的基礎(chǔ)上明確M學(xué)院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的總體目標(biāo):立足泉州,面向福建,服務(wù)于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè),依托HJ集團(tuán),注重合作發(fā)展和人力資源管理,把M學(xué)院建成為一所獨(dú)具特色,以培養(yǎng)實(shí)用型人才為目標(biāo)的“地方性、應(yīng)用型”職教本科高校,并制定出M學(xué)院的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略:差異化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、合作發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、人力資源戰(zhàn)略。最后,為了保障M學(xué)院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,提出了幾項(xiàng)保障措施,包括明確辦學(xué)定位,打造自身特色;創(chuàng)新模式,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量;校校合作,校企合作;健全人才管理機(jī)制。本研究的價(jià)值在于分析M學(xué)院的發(fā)展環(huán)境,制定M學(xué)院的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,促進(jìn)M學(xué)院的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。同時(shí),為其他同類型的民辦高校了解發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供實(shí)例參考。
[Abstract]:In the process of popularization of higher education, private colleges and universities in our country have developed rapidly in accordance with the needs of social development. In recent years, the social and economic environment has undergone significant changes, the industry competition is becoming more and more fierce, private colleges and universities are facing the crisis of survival and the confusion of development. How to carry out strategic planning in private colleges and universities under the new development situation is worth our research and exploration. The domestic research on private colleges and universities is mainly focused on affirming the achievements, existing problems and solving countermeasures. In view of the specific case study of the development strategy of the less. M college is a private undergraduate university in Quanzhou area. In Quanzhou private colleges and universities have a certain degree of representativeness. In this paper, M Institute as the object of study, M Institute of development environment and strategic planning in-depth study. First of all, based on reading a large number of private colleges and universities development strategy related literature, the relevant concepts and theories are combed and defined. Secondly, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the internal and external environment of the development of M college, and applies the SWOT analysis method to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities and threats faced by M college, and make an analysis table. Thirdly, on the basis of analysis, it is clear that the overall goal of the development strategy of M College is: based on Quanzhou, facing Fujian, serving regional economic construction, relying on HJ Group, paying attention to cooperative development and human resource management. This paper establishes M college as a special institution with the aim of cultivating practical talents, and formulates the development strategy of M college: differentiation development strategy, cooperation development strategy and human resource strategy. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of the development strategy of M College, this paper puts forward several safeguard measures, including defining the orientation of running a school, creating its own characteristics, innovating the mode, improving the teaching quality, cooperating with the school, cooperating with the school and the enterprise, and perfecting the talent management mechanism. The value of this study is to analyze the development environment of M college, formulate the development strategy of M college, and promote the sustainable development of M college. At the same time, it provides an example reference for other private colleges and universities to understand the development trend and formulate the development strategy.
