【摘要】："管理案例分析"課程在充分釋放教學(xué)案例模仿功能和詮釋功能的基礎(chǔ)上,主張深度開發(fā)教學(xué)案例的創(chuàng)新即能力催生功能。運(yùn)用模擬走向真實(shí)的手段強(qiáng)化實(shí)踐教學(xué),以加強(qiáng)讀、寫、說和聽的訓(xùn)練為切入點(diǎn),在引導(dǎo)學(xué)生閱讀、分析案例、考察企業(yè),尋求企業(yè)最佳管理方法和方案的過程中,培養(yǎng)和提高學(xué)生分析和解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的本領(lǐng)和管理能力。"管理案例分析"是在教學(xué)改革中為適應(yīng)應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)之需要而開設(shè)的新課,加強(qiáng)"管理案例分析"課程教學(xué)方法和技巧的研究和討論十分必要,對(duì)提高本課的教學(xué)質(zhì)量和水平,特別對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)管類專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:On the basis of fully releasing the function of imitating and interpreting teaching cases, the course of "Management case Analysis" advocates that the innovation of teaching cases should be developed in depth, that is, the ability to stimulate the function. In the process of guiding students to read, analyze cases, investigate enterprises, and seek the best management methods and schemes, the practice teaching should be strengthened by means of simulation, writing, speaking and listening, and the training of reading, writing, speaking and listening should be strengthened by means of simulation to the real, and the training of reading, writing, speaking and listening should be strengthened. To develop and improve students' ability to analyze and solve practical problems. " Case analysis of management is a new course to meet the needs of cultivating applied talents in the teaching reform. It is necessary to strengthen the research and discussion of teaching methods and skills in the course of "Management case Analysis". It is of great practical significance to improve the teaching quality and level of this course, especially to realize the training goal of the specialty of economics and management.
