【摘要】：本文先是通過因子分析的方法探究影響高校教師工作績效的主要因素,并運(yùn)用SPSS軟件結(jié)合多元回歸法判別各個(gè)因素對(duì)其的影響程度。研究結(jié)果顯示,影響高校教師工作績效的主要因素是共有六個(gè)方面,其中體制及資源、積極心理狀態(tài)和團(tuán)隊(duì)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)支持對(duì)科研績效和教學(xué)績效的正向影響效果最為明顯。
[Abstract]:This paper first explores the main factors that affect the performance of college teachers by means of factor analysis, and uses the SPSS software and multiple regression to determine the influence degree of each factor. The results show that the main factors affecting the performance of college teachers are six aspects, including the system and resources, and the positive psychological state. The positive impact of team support and leadership support on research performance and teaching performance is most obvious.
