【摘要】：教育機(jī)會(huì)獲益的不均衡是高考招生改革的常見代價(jià)。高招改革因其動(dòng)態(tài)性、復(fù)雜性與不確定性,存在多種價(jià)值取向的沖突與博弈,并對(duì)教育機(jī)會(huì)均等價(jià)值取向產(chǎn)生正負(fù)效應(yīng)。對(duì)改革代價(jià)進(jìn)行分類與合理性判斷是高招改革理性公平選擇的重要依據(jù)。高招改革必須改變以往硬性直接干預(yù)的線性思路,代之以長(zhǎng)效治理為主,短期干預(yù)為輔的立體化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控與代價(jià)補(bǔ)償機(jī)制,在預(yù)防和縮小教育機(jī)會(huì)分化的同時(shí),及時(shí)補(bǔ)償改革對(duì)弱勢(shì)群體可能造成的機(jī)會(huì)損害。
[Abstract]:Uneven access to education is a common cost of college entrance examination reform. Because of its dynamic, complexity and uncertainty, there are many conflicts and games of value orientation, and it has a positive and negative effect on equal value orientation of educational opportunity. Classification and rationality judgment of reform cost is the important basis for rational and fair choice of reform. The reform must change the linear thinking of hard direct intervention in the past, and replace it with a three-dimensional mechanism of risk prevention and control and cost compensation, which is mainly based on long-term effective management and supplemented by short-term intervention, so as to prevent and reduce the differentiation of educational opportunities. Timely compensation for the opportunity damage that the reform may cause to the vulnerable groups.
