【摘要】："雙一流"建設(shè)背景下高校人才的無序流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,引起了政府部門和社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注�；谡�、學(xué)理和可能出現(xiàn)的后果分析,文章提出在我國"雙一流"建設(shè)中,應(yīng)始終堅(jiān)持人才流動(dòng)的正確導(dǎo)向,主要從五個(gè)方面著手:一是要服務(wù)國家戰(zhàn)略大局,實(shí)現(xiàn)人才的合理有序流動(dòng);二是要持續(xù)通過人才政策傾斜,扶持中西部高校的發(fā)展;三是要基于辦學(xué)和學(xué)科發(fā)展需求,做到人盡其才;四是要重"引進(jìn)"更要重"培養(yǎng)",充分發(fā)揮青年人才的作用;五是要有更高視野,瞄準(zhǔn)引進(jìn)一流國際人才。高校人才合理有序流動(dòng),各美其美、美美與共,才是我國高等教育系統(tǒng)應(yīng)有的生態(tài),唯有如此,才能促進(jìn)我國"雙一流"建設(shè)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "double-class" construction, the phenomenon of disorderly flow of talents in colleges and universities has aroused the widespread concern of government departments and all walks of life.Based on the analysis of policy, theory and possible consequences, the article proposes that in the construction of "double first-class", we should always adhere to the correct direction of talent flow, mainly from five aspects: first, to serve the overall situation of national strategy,To realize the rational and orderly flow of talents, the second is to continue to support the development of colleges and universities in the central and western regions through the talent policy, and the third is to make the best use of the talents based on the needs of running a school and the development of disciplines;Fourth, we should pay more attention to "introducing" and "cultivating" to give full play to the role of young people, and fifth, we should have a higher vision and aim at introducing first-class international talents.The rational and orderly flow of talents in colleges and universities, the beauty and beauty in common, are the proper ecology of our higher education system. Only in this way, can we promote the construction of "double first-class" in our country to develop healthily and sustainably.
