思想政治理論課“大班授課小班討論”教學(xué)模式研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治教育工作關(guān)乎高校培養(yǎng)什么樣的人、如何培養(yǎng)人以及為誰培養(yǎng)人這個根本問題。高校思想政治理論課是對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育的主渠道和主陣地,課堂教學(xué)是高校進(jìn)行思想政治教育最主要的形式,因此,提升高校思想政治課的教學(xué)效果和質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵在于改進(jìn)課堂教學(xué)。在高等教育大眾化的背景下,如何利用有限的教育資源實現(xiàn)更高質(zhì)的育人目標(biāo),真正使高校思政課成為大學(xué)生真心喜愛、終身受益的課程越來越成為高校思政理論課教育者的關(guān)注熱點;谥袊咝.(dāng)前師生比過高、教育資源有限等現(xiàn)實因素,大班授課仍是最普遍有效的教學(xué)形式。但傳統(tǒng)“滿堂灌”的講授方式,過于強(qiáng)調(diào)教師的主導(dǎo)地位,忽視了學(xué)生的主體地位和創(chuàng)造能力的培養(yǎng),難以激發(fā)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情,致使高校思想政治理論課的功能也受到一定影響!按蟀嗍谡n小班討論”的教學(xué)模式,是將大班授課與小班討論相結(jié)合,既有基于高等教育大眾化背景下教育資源緊缺的現(xiàn)實性考慮,又積極響應(yīng)了國家推進(jìn)小班化教學(xué),全面提升高等教育質(zhì)量的政策安排。同時,在教學(xué)過程中,注重發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體性,重視學(xué)生的個性差異,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識,有利于激發(fā)學(xué)生對思想政治理論課的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,從而更高質(zhì)量地實現(xiàn)高校思想政治理論課的教學(xué)目標(biāo),提高其教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:The work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities concerns the basic question of what kind of person to train, how to train people and for whom to train people.The course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is the main channel and position of ideological and political education for college students. Classroom teaching is the most important form of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The key to improve the teaching effect and quality of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities lies in the improvement of classroom teaching.Under the background of the popularization of higher education, how to make use of the limited educational resources to achieve the higher quality of the goal of educating people, so that the ideological and political courses in colleges and universities become the true love of college students.Lifelong benefit course has become the focus of attention of ideological and political theory course educators in colleges and universities.Due to the current high teacher-student ratio and limited educational resources in Chinese universities, teaching in large classes is still the most common and effective teaching form.However, the traditional teaching method of "full hall irrigation" emphasizes too much on the leading position of teachers and neglects the cultivation of students' main position and creative ability, so it is difficult to arouse the enthusiasm of contemporary college students.The function of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is also affected.The teaching mode of "large class teaching and small class discussion" combines the large class teaching with the small class discussion, which is based on the realistic consideration of the shortage of educational resources under the background of the popularization of higher education, and positively responds to the national promotion of small class teaching.The policy arrangement to improve the quality of higher education in an all-round way.At the same time, in the process of teaching, we should pay attention to the students' subjectivity, pay attention to the students' personality differences, cultivate the students' innovative consciousness, which is helpful to arouse the students' interest in the study of the ideological and political theory course.In order to achieve the higher quality of ideological and political theory teaching objectives, improve its teaching effect.
