【摘要】：課余時間是除了上課、實習(xí)、以及睡覺、吃飯等為滿足生理需要以外的時間。課余時間通常來說的是一種可以任由個體自由支配的時間,它為每個個體的全面發(fā)展提供時間保障。就碩士研究生而言,課余時間安排是指完成學(xué)校所有教學(xué)計劃安排的課程和培養(yǎng)活動之外的時間所自由安排做的事情。目前,碩士研究生的課余時間比較充裕,但普遍存在時間安排不合理、時間有效利用性不高等現(xiàn)象。因此,對碩士研究生的課余時間安排行為進行調(diào)查研究,有助于我們更具體的了解碩士研究生的課余時間安排內(nèi)容,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題,尋找學(xué)校和管理者在時間管理方面的教育對策,幫助碩士研究生提高時間利用率,更好的發(fā)展自我。本研究通過參考相關(guān)大量文獻,結(jié)合碩士研究生課余時間安排的影響因素,初步擬定了專業(yè)碩士研究生課余時間問卷的結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容。待問卷初步擬定后,多次進行了小范圍的試測。統(tǒng)計試測結(jié)果后,對問卷的結(jié)構(gòu)做進一步的調(diào)整,充分考慮了問卷的可信度與效度,使調(diào)查更具有說服力。通過對首都體育學(xué)院215名全日制專業(yè)碩士研究生進行問卷調(diào)查研究,提出了相應(yīng)的結(jié)論和建議:得出結(jié)論是:(1)專業(yè)碩士研究生在三四學(xué)期的課余時間比較充分,但是時間的浪費較多,時間管理能力不強。(2)專業(yè)碩士研究生課余時間安排內(nèi)容豐富,但對學(xué)習(xí)時間分配所占比例相對較少,不利于高質(zhì)量的完成自身學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)以及研究生培養(yǎng)。(3)專業(yè)碩士研究生課余時間安排計劃性較好,但執(zhí)行力度欠缺,部分研究生無法較高效率完成對自身時間安排計劃的實施。(4)專業(yè)碩士研究生課余時間安排中內(nèi)在因素的身體狀況占比例較大,外在因素影響中導(dǎo)師因素占主要方面。提出建議是:(1)專業(yè)碩士研究生應(yīng)該結(jié)合自己的遠大目標和就業(yè)方向,制定短期目標,督促自己切實做到。(2)專業(yè)碩士研究生應(yīng)該加強自我管理能力,養(yǎng)成好的作息習(xí)慣,克服自身惰性,認真努力完成自己應(yīng)承擔的任務(wù)。(3)專業(yè)碩士研究生應(yīng)該珍惜在校的時間,合理利用學(xué)校所提供優(yōu)越的條件,充實自己,提高自我。(4)學(xué)校應(yīng)當創(chuàng)造良好的學(xué)習(xí),鍛煉氛圍,幫助研究生形成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,學(xué)校管理者和導(dǎo)師應(yīng)當多關(guān)心研究生,引導(dǎo)研究生為學(xué)業(yè)和就業(yè)做好充分的準備。
[Abstract]:Extracurricular time is in addition to classes, internships, and sleeping, eating, etc. to meet physiological needs.Extracurricular time is usually a kind of free time, which provides time guarantee for the overall development of each individual.In the case of graduate students, after school hours are those that are freely arranged to complete all the courses and training activities planned in the school.At present, the postgraduates have plenty of spare time, but there are many phenomena such as unreasonable time arrangement and low effective use of time.Therefore, the investigation and research on the postschool time arrangement behavior of the master's graduate students will help us to understand more concretely the content of the postschool time arrangement of the master's graduate students, and find out the problems existing therein.To find the educational countermeasures of school and manager in time management to help graduate students to improve time utilization rate and develop themselves better.By referring to a large number of relevant literature and combining with the influencing factors of postschool time arrangement for postgraduates, the structure and content of the questionnaire for postschool time of professional graduate students have been preliminarily drawn up.After the preliminary formulation of the questionnaire, several small scale tests were conducted.After the statistical test results, the structure of the questionnaire is further adjusted, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are fully considered, which makes the investigation more convincing.Based on a questionnaire survey of 215 full-time graduate students in Beijing Institute of physical Education, the paper puts forward the corresponding conclusions and suggestions: the conclusion is that the graduate students with professional master's degree have sufficient spare time in the three or four semesters.But the waste of time is more, the ability of time management is not strong. 2) the content of postgraduates' spare time arrangement is rich, but the proportion of study time allocation is relatively small.It is not conducive to the high quality of the completion of their own learning tasks and graduate training...) the post-school time planning of graduate students with master's degree is better, but the implementation is not strong enough.Some graduate students are unable to complete the implementation of their own time arrangement plan efficiently. (4) the proportion of the internal factors in the after-school time arrangement of the professional graduate students is large, and the external factors are mainly the tutors.The suggestion is that: (1) Professional graduate students should combine their lofty goals and employment direction, formulate short-term goals, urge themselves to really do it. (2) Professional graduate students should strengthen their self-management ability and develop good habits of work and rest.Overcoming their inertia and conscientiously accomplishing the task they should undertake. (3) the graduate students should cherish their time at school, make reasonable use of the superior conditions provided by the school, enrich themselves, and improve themselves. 4) the school should create good learning.Training atmosphere to help graduate students to form good study habits, school administrators and mentors should pay more attention to graduate students, guide graduate students to study and employment to prepare well.
