當代大學生職業(yè)價值觀教育研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經濟體制轉型和教育制度、就業(yè)制度的改革,大學生職業(yè)價值觀受各方面因素的影響,發(fā)生了一系列重大的變化,也出現(xiàn)了各種各樣的問題。高校作為培養(yǎng)大學生成才的主導力量,在教育實踐中應該發(fā)揮引領作用,將職業(yè)價值觀教育貫穿到整個教育體系中,培養(yǎng)學生形成科學的職業(yè)價值觀,幫助學生在面臨職業(yè)選擇時將自身價值與社會價值相結合,做出科學的規(guī)劃,擁有高尚的職業(yè)道德,實現(xiàn)職業(yè)理想與人生目標!懂敶髮W生職業(yè)價值觀教育研究》這一選題旨在探索當代大學生職業(yè)價值觀的特點,發(fā)現(xiàn)高校職業(yè)價值觀教育中存在的問題,分析其中的原因,進而提出加強我國大學生職業(yè)價值觀教育的思路和對策。本文主要內容包括三個部分:第一部分,介紹相關概念和理論基礎。首先界定職業(yè)價值觀的概念,分析影響職業(yè)價值觀形成的因素,并指出當代大學生職業(yè)價值觀的特點;其次,對職業(yè)價值觀教育的概念進行界定,分析職業(yè)價值觀教育的功能、必要性及教育目標;最后,闡述本研究所應用的理論基礎;第二部分,闡述當代大學生職業(yè)價值觀教育取得的經驗、問題并對問題的原因進行深入分析。認為當前高校在職業(yè)價值觀教育工作中構建了相對完善的教育內容體系、拓展了較為豐富的教育形式,但存在著教育的針對性、隱性教育途徑的開發(fā)、教育者綜合素質、社會與家庭的配合等方面的問題。原因主要在于,高校傳統(tǒng)人才培養(yǎng)模式的缺陷,市場經濟效益最大化思維的影響,教育監(jiān)督機制不夠健全,社會、家庭與學校之間長期存在的溝通失靈,受教育者意識淡薄、復雜多變;第三部分,提出當代大學生職業(yè)價值觀教育的對策:加強教育的針對性,著力開發(fā)隱性資源,重視師資力量建設,完善教育效果評價機制,搭建社會、家庭、學校形成合力的教育平臺,培養(yǎng)學生的自我教育能力。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of economic system and education system and the reform of employment system, the vocational values of college students have been affected by various factors, and a series of important changes have taken place, as well as various problems.Colleges and universities, as the leading force of cultivating college students to become talents, should play a leading role in educational practice, run through the education system of vocational values, and train students to form scientific vocational values.To help students to combine their own values with social values when faced with career choices, to make scientific plans and to have noble professional ethics,The purpose of this thesis is to explore the characteristics of professional values of contemporary college students, to find out the problems existing in the education of vocational values in colleges and universities, and to analyze the reasons for them.And then put forward the ideas and countermeasures to strengthen the vocational value education of college students in our country.The main content of this paper includes three parts: the first part, introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis.Firstly, it defines the concept of vocational values, analyzes the factors that affect the formation of vocational values, and points out the characteristics of contemporary college students' vocational values, secondly, defines the concept of vocational values education, and analyzes the functions of vocational value education.The necessity and educational goal; finally, the theoretical basis of the application of this research; the second part, the experience of the contemporary college students' vocational value education, the problems and the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth.The author thinks that in the present work of vocational value education, colleges and universities have constructed a relatively perfect educational content system and expanded more abundant educational forms, but there are pertinence in education, the development of hidden educational approaches, and the comprehensive quality of educators.Social and family cooperation and other issues.The main reasons lie in the defects of the traditional talent training mode in colleges and universities, the influence of the thinking of maximizing the benefit of the market economy, the imperfect educational supervision mechanism, the long-term communication failure between the society, the family and the school, and the weak consciousness of the educated.The third part puts forward the countermeasures of vocational value education of contemporary college students: strengthening the pertinence of education, developing recessive resources, attaching importance to the construction of teachers' strength, perfecting the evaluation mechanism of educational effect, building society and family,The school forms the education platform of the resultant force, trains the student's self-education ability.
